Morgantown’s Jacob Keir Jacob Keir 5'10" | 165 lbs | DB Morgantown | 2024 State WV is a 2024 ATH that you need to know for this season. Keir is a very versatile player who can play in the slot or out wide on offense and slot corner and safety on defense. He also has the ability to help you in the return game where he averaged 18 yards on kick returns last season. I could see him playing on either side of the ball in college but I think I like him the most as a receiver right now. As a smaller receiver at 5’10 165, Keir can play out wide, and he showed the ability to stretch the field last season. He’s pretty speedy and has a little twitch to him which makes him an effective route runner. Another aspect of his game that I was impressed with was his willingness to be a blocker. Keir showed he wasn’t afraid to get physical and did a nice job blocking as a smaller receiver. Even playing in a Wing-T offense, Keir caught 19 passes for 376 yards and 5 touchdowns last season. He also posted 2 interceptions and 3 pass breakups on defense.
