Young started slow in the one-on-one period but responded to coaching well and improved as the day went on. He can play off the edge or in the interior and I saw him take most reps on the inside. Early on, he was attacking the full body of the offensive lineman rather than a half and was unable to get guys’ hands off him. Later in the day, he was more explosive, fought better with his hands and made himself harder to get ahold of.
