Dame Lester | Prep Redzone Scout
Twitchy, sticky boundary corner with the same elite track pedigree as his twin — 5’8”, 150 lbs, sub-10.6 100m and state-record relay speed that translates to mirror-and-match coverage and recovery burst when he gets beat. Sophomore year shows quick feet in press, smooth hip flip, and the ability to close on underneath routes without getting stacked. Plays with confidence and competes every snap; you see the football IQ developing in zone drops and run support. Still needs to add bulk to match up with bigger X receivers, but the suddenness and ball skills are already there. Scheme fit as a nickel or outside CB who can play man or zone. Twin dynamic with Jorden makes practice hell for opponents. Grade: High-ceiling corner with lockdown potential and special-teams value early.

Wells had 34 tackles, three for a loss with an interception as a sophomore for Servite.
He’s one of the members of Servite’s elite track team. Wells can play in man or zone coverage and his closing speed allows him to play off of guys in man coverage and close on shorter routes when needed.
