De’Sean Isabell De’Sean Isabell 5'10" | 160 lbs | QB Capital | 2029 WV took over as QB1 in the middle of the season for the Capital Cougars and flashed promise in year one as a young quarterback. He’s a dual-threat quarterback who will continue to develop as a passer, but has high upside as a runner. Isabell has a good burst when taking off to run and can get vertical quickly when he finds a running lane. He’s elusive in the open field and will cause defenses to be uncomfortable for the next three years when defending his legs.
