This dude is a bull out of Capital High School, Cartier Smith Cartier Smith Cartier Smith 5'8" | 360 lbs | DL/OL Capital | 2029 WV knows how to get after the quarterback from the defensive tackle spot. I watched him over power several lineman during the 1v1, he was one of the strongest kids on site. Smith is a rising sophomore that could see a lot of action this fall, he could honestly dominate the line of scrimmage.

A full evaluation will come in the future once he produces more film, but the early signs show that Smith will be at the top of the 2029 OL list. He has good early interior OL size and earned varsity playing time as a freshman this season.
