The upside is there for Whitehead to emerge as one of the top offensive weapons in the class if he takes the next step in his development this season. We really like the potential of 2028 Capital WR Jordan Whitehead Jordan Whitehead WR Capital | 2028 State WV in the small sample size of highlights we were able to watch. Limited film and unknown measurements have him potentially lower in the rankings than he should be, but his explosiveness jumps out when watching him. Whitehead has dynamic upside out of the slot and is someone to keep a close eye on moving forward.
