PRZWV Exposure Series Review: Top Performing Linemen

Both the offensive and defensive lines on site this past Sunday were on par with one another and we had some battles during 1v1s. I was there up close for most of them and I can honestly tell you this was a very even matchup. For my final piece on the West Virginia Exposure series, I decided to combine both groups and wrote on some of my standouts below:

MVP: [player_tooltip player_id='2074696' first='Tyson' last='White'] [player_tooltip player_id='1326483' first='Chase' last='Travis']

Top Performers: [player_tooltip player_id='1222034' first='Jacob' last='Britton'], [player_tooltip player_id='1716463' first='Cartier' last='Smith'], [player_tooltip player_id='1647769' first='Gavin' last='Stone'], [player_tooltip player_id='1525346' first='Bryson' last='Washington'], [player_tooltip player_id='1624416' first='Miles' last='Kidder'], [player_tooltip player_id='1624409' first='Evan' last='Miller'], [player_tooltip player_id='1681024' first='Cooper' last='Keener'], [player_tooltip player_id='1694907' first='Marcus' last='Cyphert']

This dude is a bull out of Capital High School, [player_tooltip player_id='1716463' first='Cartier' last='Smith'] knows how to get after the quarterback from the defensive tackle spot. I watched him over power several lineman during the 1v1, he was one of the strongest kids on site. Smith is a rising sophomore that could see a lot of action this fall, he could honestly dominate the line of scrimmage.

Really polished lineman already out of the WV 2029 class is [player_tooltip player_id='1694907' first='Marcus' last='Cyphert']. Love watching his techniques during the Indy's and he won a lot of 1v1 matchups. Cyphert is up to 250 lbs. and not a ton of baby fat, he looks ready to contribute with Morgantown this season!

https://twitter.com/marcyphert10/status/2056540894237450388?s=20

I have a feeling you will be hearing more from East Fairmont's [player_tooltip player_id='1624416' first='Miles' last='Kidder'] this season as he was excellent on Sunday. He was terror to block and he showed a plethora of pass rushing moves during the 1v1s. Kidder could play both sides of the ball entering his junior season, his technique and steps were on point.

https://twitter.com/miles__62/status/2056543895622684936?s=20

Washington was excellent and he had legit arguments to take him OL MVP, he was outstanding during the 1v1s. I do not think I saw him loose a rep, the rising senior was on a mission this past weekend. I am excited to see how his senior season turns out, looks like a Division 2 or higher football player to me.

https://twitter.com/BrysonW54/status/2056684761964261853?s=20
