has been underrated in our rankings for a while now, but he’s worked his way up to the Top 60. He’s been a versatile defender for the Cougars as a linebacker who can play Nickel at the next level. Robinson does a nice job in both run and pass defense and has been rewarded with over a dozen college opportunities because of that ability.

had a strong defensive showing in the first round of the AAA playoffs against Nitro. He recorded 9 tackles, including three for loss, and forced a fumble, consistently disrupting plays in both the backfield and the secondary. Robinson’s aggressive, all-around performance was a key factor in keeping Nitro’s offense largely in check and setting the tone defensively for his team.

. He’s a Nickel/OLB hybrid type of player who is very versatile in how he’s used. Robinson is comfortable playing close to the line of scrimmage but also does a nice job in coverage. He plays the run well and has the athleticism to line up over the slot and play man coverage. Robinson is a smart football player and should develop into a future D2 starter.

is yet another talented 2026 defensive back at Capital’s disposal who colleges will want to know this season. He’s claimed double-digit offers heading into his senior year and is a versatile athlete who can be moved around on defense in various positions and alignments. Robinson is comfortable playing tight to the line of scrimmage as an outside linebacker, but also has the athleticism to play nickel or safety and play in coverage. As he adds size and gets stronger, his ceiling as a college prospect will rise.

. Robinson made a big jump in his development from his sophomore to junior year which showed up on his highlight tape. He’s still growing into a true linebacker body but has the athleticism to play a hybrid role at the next level depending on how his body develops. Robinson is a versatile defender who can play all three roles of an outside linebacker dropping into coverage, containing outside runs, and rushing off the edge. If he makes another big jump during his senior year, Robinson can boost his rankings and opinions from colleges.

An under-the-radar 2026 prospect for the Cougars heading into his junior year is DB

. Robinson played mostly outside linebacker as a sophomore last season, but at 5’9 165, he projects as a safety prospect. While he’ll need to continue getting bigger and stronger over the next two years, Robinson is a high-effort player which is lamented on his sophomore film with his dedication on special teams. He’s a rangy athlete who can cover ground quickly with quality speed and quickness and doesn’t shy from contact as an undersized prospect. Robinson pursues the ball well and tracks down ball carriers relentlessly even if it’s not towards his play side.
If he can show more evidence of playing in pass coverage this season and next, Robinson should be able to earn some college opportunities as a safety prospect.
