has further strengthened Fairmont Senior’s receiver group after coming over from North Marion for his senior year and is leading the team in receiving yards through seven games.
Martin has totaled 663 yards and 8 touchdowns in the first seven games and is the bigger option out wide for the Polar Bears. His combination of length and speed makes him a complete receiver prospect who is deserving of more D1 looks. Even as a bigger-bodied athlete, Martin is just as effective after the catch and can shake defenders and outrace them to the sideline or end zone. Martin has been a formidable blocker this season using his size to his advantage in that regard as well.

was a big-time addition to the Fairmont Senior program coming over from North Marion for his senior season and could be the top WR duo in the state with

. He’s a bigger-bodied receiver than Dinger and will complement him well in the loaded Polar Bear receiver group this season. Martin brings 1,100 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns with him from his junior season and also has quality defensive back ability as well. He picked up an offer from FCS Morehead State earlier this year and earned a PWO opportunity with WVU after a stellar 7-on-7 performance in Morgantown.
Martin is another natural and fluid athlete with innate playmaking ability who has developed into a well-rounded receiver over the past few years and has put it all together heading into his senior year.

has been fun to watch over the past year as he has steadily improved his ranking since originally debuting in the 2025 rankings at #62 before his junior year. Colleges have taken notice of his improvement as well with D1 FCS Morehead State pulling the trigger on his first D1 offer back in January. Martin will head to fellow Marion County foe Fairmont Senior for his senior year who is putting together a team that appears to be the early favorite in the new Class AAA. The next step in Martin’s journey will be to see if he can earn some looks from FBS programs. Top 25 is already an impressive feat but if Martin continues the trajectory he’s been on during his high school career, I could foresee him earning offers from even bigger programs at a program that will have plenty of eyes on them in 2024.

The highest stock riser at the receiver position in the 2025 Rankings update was North Marion’s

who had a huge year for the state runner-up Huskies as a pass catcher. Martin was the first 1,000-yard receiver at North Marion since 1997 catching 58 passes for 1,107 yards and 12 touchdowns. He flashed that potential as a sophomore in 2022 but we were waiting for the production to match it before ranking him higher and it did so during his junior year in a big way. Martin is a very well-rounded receiver who showed everything you would want to see from a receiver on his highlight tape other than the blocking aspect which would be a nice bonus to see in the future. If he keeps on this development path he’ll be putting himself in a position to receive some D1 interest and offers.

. Martin is the first 1,000-yard receiver at North Marion since they last won a state championship in 1997. In three playoff games this season, he has caught 15 passes for 217 yards and three touchdowns while shutting down one side of the field on defense at cornerback. Martin has very good speed which allows him to create separation during the route and after the catch. He has a nice burst after the catch which causes a lot of his YAC but he can also break and slip a tackle. You can line him up in the slot or out wide and he’s effective in all three levels of the route tree. Martin will be one of many high-level playmakers on the field in the championship game.

. The 6’0 175 2025 prospect has hauled in 16 passes for 315 yards and four touchdowns in four games this season. That’s a 19.6 yards per catch average and Martin has already surpassed his receiving totals from a year ago in just the first four games of his junior season. He can play inside or outside and is a tough matchup in the slot as a bigger-bodied slot receiver. Martin has been productive on defense as well with 12 tackles, 4 PBUs, and a TFL. He has the athletic ability to play on either side of the ball at the next level but I like him the most as an offensive playmaker.
