Kim is coming off a stellar senior season for Servite and is a true middle of the field safety that is very well balance both in coverage and when coming down into the box in run support. He breaks quickly to ball carriers, explodes through initial contact at the point of attack and takes good angles in the open field while able to make plays behind the line. He has good size at 6’0″ and just under 200 pounds with a frame to continue adding weight at the next level. He is a very high IQ player that can cover the back-half of the field and has good range in open space. Kim signed with St. Thomas and is a very nice get for the FCS Minnesota school.
