He was the leading receiver in the game for Tennessee, making the majority of the catches in the boundary, toe-tapping the sidelines–a portion of the field usually dominated by bigger Wide Receivers. Stokes played with a bit of swag and let Kentucky know he was going to be a thorn in their side all game long, each time he made a grab.

QB1’s favorite target of the day goes to Mr. Stokes. In the first quarter he had a flawless route that was rewarded by a big gain in the middle of the field to keep the ball moving on a tough Kentucky secondary. Later on in the game he grabbed the quarterbacks attention when the scramble drill was in full affect, catching a key touchdown to put his team up 13-6 for the win.
