JSerra class of 2027 defensive lineman Godschoice Eboigbodin Godschoice Eboigbodin 6'5" | 250 lbs | DL JSerra Catholic | 2027 State CA announced his commitment to UCLA on Wednesday.

Eboigbodin had 31 tackles, 5.5 for a loss, 2.5 sacks, a blocked field goal, a blocked punt and a forced fumble for JSerra last season in his first season of playing football.

He also had offers from BYU, Florida State and Utah among others. Eboigbodin is the third defensive lineman in UCLA’s 2027 recruiting class.

JSerra (San Juan Capistrano) defensive end Godschoice Eboigbodin picked up an offer from BYU on Thursday.

Eboigbodin had 31 tackles, 5.5 for a loss, 2.5 sacks, two blocked kicks and a forced fumble in his first year ever playing football last season for JSerra.

He’s very athletic and scored 46 points in a basketball game recently. Utah State, Sacramento State, UNLV, Utah, Boise State, Arizona State, Cal, San Diego State and Colorado State have also offered Eboigbodin among others.

6’5” 250 lb. DE that is a high ceiling prospect with great potential and upside as his game develops. A standout basketball player who made the jump to football, he brings a unique athletic profile and outstanding size/length that translates well to the edge position. His basketball skillset shows up in his natural movement skills, coordination, and body control. He flashes many key traits college programs look for including that 6’5” length, agility, and the change of direction in space. When working the edge or reacting to plays he shows good footwork and balance to redirect in pursuit. He shows strong pass rush upside with the frame and athleticism to continue adding strength and refining technique. While still developing from a technical standpoint, his overall tools and raw potential is landing him college attention holding seven D1 offers.
