Banner has D1 offers under his belt, but as some QB dominoes start to fall, I would pay close attention to how his stock rises between now and the start of his senior season. Banner is a truly gifted athlete at his size and can break the game as a runner, both by design and when the play breaks down. At his size, he is capable of dropping his shoulder and running through people as well. He has a quick, explosive throwing motion and gives his receivers a chance down the field. Truly big-time playmaker who should find a D1 home.

A dual-threat quarterback on the rise in Gwinnett County, Banner brings plenty of size at 6-foot-3 200-pounds, he’s a good athlete, can make plays outside of the pocket, and loves to launch the ball down the field. He’s got all the tools to have a breakout junior season and could see some D1 offers come his way next winter. He’s a natural playmaker with above-average arm talent who has a chance to lead Duluth to a giant 2025 season. He’s one of the top sleeper quarterbacks in the state for the 2027 class, but he won’t be a “sleeper” much longer.

A sleeper 2027 quarterback out of Duluth, Banner is a dual-threat quarterback who can really run and make plays with his legs at 6-foot-3 200-pounds. He also shows promising arm talent and slings the ball with confidence. He can fit the ball into tight windows and showed lots of promise for his upcoming junior season. Look for him to have a possible breakout 2025 season for the Wildcats next season. He shows easy D1-caliber talent and earned a recent offers this week from Samford and Miami (OH).
