His short-area quickness and explosiveness are elite, sticking his foot in the dirt and effortlessly directing his body upfield. He can break defenders down and create his own yards, too. His production as a receiver gives him third-down potential as well. Turner is one of the most explosive RB prospects in the state and is someone I’d monitor closely at a P4 school.
