Edmond Memorial 2025 wide receiver Billy McDown Billy McDown 6’1″ | 170 lbs | WR Edmond Memorial | 2025 State OK enjoyed a breakout season during the fall of 2023. McDown has been an athlete that we’ve had on our radar for a while now. There is a lot of potential with McDown and he started scratching the surface on it last season. McDown will be playing with the F3 Dawgs this weekend and it’s a team made up primarily of Edmond athletes. McDown will be catching passes from his HS teammate at quarterback so chemistry will be big.
Highlights
Union 2025 standout Boston Carrasco Boston Carrasco 5’10” | 170 lbs | ATH Union | 2025 State OK will be one of the top athletes playing for 918 Elite this weekend. Carrasco was one of the top players in last year’s Oklahoma tournament and he’s looking to repeat that performance this weekend. Carrasco is one of the more dynamic players in Oklahoma’s 2025 class. He has speed that not many defenses can contend with. He showcased that multiple times last fall with the Redhawks. We expect him to have a major impact on the two days in BA.
Highlights
Salina 2027 wide receiver Cooper Hooker Cooper Hooker 5’10” | 145 lbs | WR Salina | 2027 State OK will be taking the field for Sooner 7’s top 15U team. Hooker is one of the state’s top 2027 wide receivers and he’s emerged as one of the state’s top overall prospects very early on in his high school career. We watched Sooner 7’s 15U squad last weekend in Springfield and Hooker had a big day on Saturday. He always finds a way to get open and he creates so much natural separation that he’s tough to defend. We’d be stunned if isn’t very productive this weekend.
Highlights
Joining Hooker on that Sooner 7 15U team is Stillwater 2027 wide receiver Deakon Jones Deakon Jones 6’1″ | 170 lbs | WR Stillwater | 2027 State OK (pictured above) as this 15U squad has some of the best 2027 talent in the state. And while Hooker is more of a shifty slot receiver, Jones is a big play threat down the field. In that same tournament in Springfield, Jones made some of the best catches that we saw throughout the afternoon on Saturday. So whenever Jones is on the field in BA, all eyes will be on him to see if he’s able to make another highlight grab.
On a breakdown full of Oklahoma stars, we don’t want to overlook a tight end standout coming from Arkansas. Bentonville 2025 tight end Eli Brooks Eli Brooks 6’3″ | 215 lbs | TE Bentonville | 2025 AR will be making the drive over from northwest Arkansas and he’ll be playing with Southwest 7 this weekend. Brooks just picked up an offer from Missouri State a few days ago and he also has an offer from Arkansas State. The arrow is definitely pointing up for Brooks as a prospect and he’s going to be one of the top tight end prospects in attendance.
Highlights
Lawton MacArthur 2026 wide receiver Joshua Rushing Joshua Rushing 6’3″ | 195 lbs | WR Lawton MacArthur | 2026 State OK will be playing for C4 this weekend and he’s already considered one of the state’s top wide receiver and overall prospects in that 2026 class. Rushing was a massive target for the Highlanders last fall and he enjoyed a breakout season, becoming a legitimate D1 target and he’s picked up multiple offers. Rushing is going to give C4 a massive target down the field. He also has plenty of chemistry with his QB as they are high school teammates.
Broken Arrow 2025 wide receiver Kayleb Barnett Kayleb Barnett 5’10” | WR Broken Arrow | 2025 State OK will be a speedster to watch for TheUNIT Platinum this weekend. Barnett has emerged as a legitimate D1 prospect as he’s pulled in a few offers since the end of his junior season. Barnett is absolutely electric with the football in his hands and he’s your prototypical slot receiver that does the majority of his damage after the catch. Barnett is an absolute playmaker and we’re looking forward to seeing what he and this team are able to do as they expect to contend.
Star Spencer 2025 wide receiver Lehmantre Olds Lehmantre Olds 6’3″ | 190 lbs | WR Star Spencer | 2025 State OK is one of the state’s more underrated wide receivers. This weekend will be our first chance to see Olds in person in a 7v7 setting but he should excel. We’ve seen him in person with the pads on and in a camp and he was one of the best receivers in both of those settings. Olds will be playing for Okie Takeover this weekend and this is a team made up primarily of Edmond athletes, sprinkled in with OKC standouts like Olds from Star Spencer.
Highlights
Lincoln Christian 2026 wide receiver Malakai Dillard Malakai Dillard 6’0″ | ATH Lincoln Christian | 2026 State OK will be one of the top receivers for Sooner 7’s 18U squads this weekend. Similar to a few other prospects on this breakdown, Dillard absolutely shined bright in the tournament up in Springfield last weekend. Dillard also had a massive sophomore season with the Bulldogs. He’s emerged as one of the top playmaking wide receivers in the Tulsa area. So when the tournament begins, we expect Dillard to be near the top in production.
Another southern Oklahoma standout is Hugo 2026 wide receiver Quincy Shelton Quincy Shelton 6’0″ | WR Hugo | 2026 State OK and he’ll be joining Rushing on the C4 squad this weekend. Shelton is one of the top two-sport standouts in the state. He’s also a star on the basketball court. Shelton is a speedster that has very reliable hands. Shelton first got on our radar following his freshman season. It was a little over a year ago that we first saw Shelton in person. We liked what we saw then and we’re fired up to see him in action again this weekend.
