For the second straight year, the Durant-based team, C4 will be bringing one of the state’s top overall prospects, who also happens to be a defensive lineman. Durant 2026 DL Colton Yarbrough Colton Yarbrough 6’5″ | 210 lbs | DL Durant | 2026 State OK will grab everyone’s attention immediately when he steps out there. At 6’5 or 6’6, he’s hard to miss. Last year, we saw Yarbrough playing more of a linebacker role and this year he could line up as a tight end. His offer list is deep and growing. Georgia, LSU, Miami and Oregon are some of the notable schools that are coming after the Durant big man.
One of the state’s more electric wide receivers will be suiting up for YAYO’s 18U team this weekend. Douglass 2025 wide receiver Jaden Nickens Jaden Nickens 6’4″ | WR Douglass | 2025 State OK is expected to play this weekend. As long as the Trojan basketball team takes care of business Friday night, the Oklahoma commit should be playing Saturday and Sunday. Nickens is one of the state’s best athletes. He started his high school career as one of the state’s best basketball prospects. Now, he’s committed to OU for football and became of the state’s best in football within six months of joining the football team.
This weekend’s tournament will feature a ton of great quarterbacks. Muskogee 2025 signal caller Jamarian Ficklin Jamarian Ficklin 6’1″ | 180 lbs | QB Muskogee | 2025 State OK is at the top of that list. He’ll be playing for one of Sooner 7’s 18U teams and we cannot wait to see him in person. If you haven’t seen Ficklin in person, he’s worth the price of admission (all of these guys are) with the things he can do with the football. Ficklin’s offer list isn’t as deep as some of the other prospects on this breakdown but we don’t care. The Muskogee standout has become one of the state’s best football players and will put on a show.
Jenks 2026 standout KD Jones KD Jones 6’0″ | 170 lbs | ATH Jenks | 2026 State OK will be playing for TheUNIT Platinum this weekend and we’re fired up to see what he can do on both sides of the ball. Jones was one of the state’s best players last fall and he has seen his recruitment absolutely explode this offseason. Oklahoma, Oregon and multiple SEC teams have offered Jones and it hasn’t slowed down. On offense, Jones can be one of the more electric football players in the tourney. On defense, Jones has the ability to be a lockdown corner so needless to say, Jones will make a ton plays this weekend.
We don’t have just Oklahoma talent on display this weekend. Playing for C4 will be 2026 running back Ryelan Morris Ryelan Morris 5’10” | 170 lbs | RB Honey Grove | 2026 State TX out of Honey Grove, Texas. Morris has a ton of offers already and some of the notable ones include Miami, Oklahoma, Oregon and USC. We’ve seen plenty of running back prospects really excel at our tournaments in the last year and Morris could very well be the next guy on that list. And the thing that excites us the most about Morris is the production he had last fall. We’re fired up to see him in person against Oklahoma’s best.
Highlights
Jenks has not one, but two top overall prospects that will be playing this weekend. In addition to Jones, Semaj Stanford Semaj Stanford 5’10” | 165 lbs | ATH Jenks | 2027 State OK is the top overall prospect in our 2027 rankings and was our 2023 Freshman Of The Year. He’ll be playing for Sooner 7’s 15U team, which is one of the best in the region. Last year, Stanford was a star as an eighth grader in this tournament and that’s how he first got on our radar as an overall athlete. He balled out as a freshman and his recruitment has already started to take off. Arkansas, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State have all offered, among others.
