<p class="text-gray-700">6'2, 200 out of State College, 3.8 GPA. I'll say it straight, I should've stuck with my original grade on him. This is a kid I once viewed as a Top 100 player and he's worked his way right back into that conversation. Recruiting has caught up too, now sitting on 8+ Division I offers including Navy, Army West Point, and Eastern Michigan. Multi-sport athlete with lacrosse, basketball, and baseball on his resume, which shows up in how he moves. 9'3” broad jump confirms the explosiveness. Team captain, which matters, especially for a kid this versatile. 15 minutes of tape gives you everything you need, not just flashes. Can play WR or safety at a high level, no wrong answer there. FCS floor with a real shot at sticking at the FBS level. This is one of the more moldable athletes in the class, can genuinely play multiple positions. Could bulk into a TE, stay at WR, flip to safety, or even linebacker depending on development. Frame is already there, just needs direction. Tape shows a kid who can impact the game in multiple ways. FBS-grade athlete with an FCS floor right now. One spot outside the Top 100, won't stay there long. Coaches are going to value the versatility heavily. Ceiling depends on positional refinement</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'3, 190, 3.7 GPA. One of the few ATHs where WR is clearly the best fit. 40+ receptions, 850+ yards, and 14 touchdowns is real production. Downfield threat who also blocks at a high level. First-team all-conference honors back it up. Can play DB, but WR is the future. Frame and skill set translate cleanly. This is an FBS-caliber WR for the right system. Production meets projection here. One of the better receivers in this range. Easy FCS+ evaluation. Ceiling depends on continued refinement.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">5'9, 170 out of Westinghouse. Saw him last offseason and he was electric, that hasn't changed. One of the best pure playmakers in Pennsylvania regardless of class. Production and accolades back it up year after year. Picked up an FBS offer from Eastern Michigan, more should follow. Dangerous with the ball in his hands, can score from anywhere. Plays faster than his size would suggest. Tape consistently shows explosive plays, not just occasional flashes. In retrospect, this is a Top 100 player. Recruitment should continue trending upward quickly. Flat-out difference maker.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">5'10, 180, St. Joseph's Prep. Major jump in development, especially physically. Once he got real reps, he proved he belonged immediately. Akron offer is already in, more will follow. Recently visited Boston College, which is telling. Tape shows a polished WR with real separation ability. 7v7 buzz translated to Friday/Saturday nights. This is now an FBS-caliber receiver. Still developing which adds to the upside. Stock is rising quickly. Needs to continue stacking production. Took a rankings hit due to slowed recruiting, not ability. Needs stability moving forward. Tools are still clearly there. Can win at multiple levels of the field. I'd still bet on him long-term. FBS/FCS caliber player. Has more to prove this upcoming season. Ceiling remains high if things settle.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">5'9, 162, formerly Delran, now at Roman Catholic. Produced immediately after the move, which says a lot. Best suited at WR in my opinion, too good after the catch. Dominates at the line of scrimmage and creates separation early. Wouldn't be surprised if he has a track background based on how he moves. Offensive production alone could carry his recruitment. Could flip to DB for some programs, but offense stands out. Work ethic looks strong on tape. One of the better unoffered players in the state. Needs attention from next-level coaches soon.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'3, 190, 4.07 GPA, Penn Trafford. High-level athlete with production on both sides. 40+ catches and 700+ yards offensively. Defensive reps are what stand out most. Basketball background shows in fluidity and timing. FCS safety is the floor. Visits scheduled with Lehigh and Villanova, both strong fits. Tape shows strong understanding of leverage. Academic profile helps significantly. Top 100 consideration is valid. Recruitment should continue trending upward. Clean projection to the next level.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'4.5, 235, 3.79 GPA. True TE build with real interest already. Offers from Maine and Edinboro confirm it. Has had conversations with FBS programs as well. Nine touchdowns and six sacks show two-way impact. Could play DE if TE development stalls. Blocking reel helps his TE case significantly. Some question competition, I don't. Size and production translate. FCS TE with a strong floor. Ceiling tied to physical development. I've been on him for years, and now the tape and exposure are finally catching up. This is a Division I talent, no question about it. Everything else around him just needs to align. Long, athletic, and plays with confidence. Can be a serious DB, but also a dangerous wideout. True playmaker who hasn't gotten enough attention yet. Social presence and exposure are just now improving. Schools should at least be initiating contact at this point. One of the bigger “hidden” names in the state. Won't stay that way much longer.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'3, 215, 4.0 GPA, Southern Columbia. Multi-sport athlete with real versatility. Could play TE, OLB/DE, or even WR. Two-time state champion, understands winning football. Recently visited Temple, Villanova, and Lehigh. Basketball background shows in movement and coordination. Still a bit thin for TE but workable. System may limit offensive exposure. Coaches will have to project him. FCS-level athlete across the board. Flexibility is a plus. Development will dictate final position.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'3, 215, 4.4 GPA, Mt. Lebanon. One of the more unique overall profiles here. Multi-sport athlete with basketball and track background. Posted a 5'10 high jump recently, legit explosiveness. Led team in receiving yards but not limited to WR. Can punt and be moved around based on need. Four-minute junior tape shows versatility. FCS potential with a strong D2 floor. Could be a take out west based on profile. Still developing physically. Not a clean positional fit yet. That's part of the appeal.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'4, 180 out of Norwin, 3.85 GPA. Another one where the lack of offers is surprising. Size alone makes him intriguing before even turning on the tape. Testing numbers are strong (4.5 40, 4.12 shuttle), even if unverified. Nearly three minutes of junior tape shows a well-rounded athlete. Took a junior day visit to Princeton, which makes sense academically and athletically. Labeled as an ATH for a reason, could play multiple spots. DB feels like the long-term fit. Already ranked inside the Top 150, which is justified. Frame and versatility give him real upside. Performed well at PRZ PA Spring Combine, seen in person. I've tracked his development closely. Strong case now as a Division I player. Can play WR but DB reps stand out more. Recently picked up Central Connecticut junior day invite. New York roots expand recruiting appeal. FCS-level player today. Should continue rising.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">5'10, 170, 3.7 GPA. Five-minute junior tape is loaded on both sides of the ball. Has developed into one of the better route runners in the state. Won WR MVP at the PRZPA Winter Showcase, which I saw firsthand. I'm very familiar with his game, this isn't a guess. Some programs may view him as D2 due to size, I disagree. Has the skill set to play FCS ball at WR or DB. Track background helps validate athleticism. Tough competitor who consistently shows up. Doesn't shy away from competition. One of those kids you don't bet against.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'3, 180, 3.9 GPA, Wyoming Area. All-state basketball and football player, legit athlete. Pure WR in my evaluation, no need to move him. Needs to prove speed to unlock more offers. Attended Monmouth junior day already. WVC Division 2 MVP, strong production. Four-minute tape shows consistent WR play. Basketball background helps with body control. Academic profile adds value. FCS-level WR currently. Clean projection overall. If he bulks too much, there's a concern about losing that elite speed. Tape is limited (two minutes mid-season), but enough to show flashes. High-end FCS grade with near-FBS traits based on athleticism. Needs continued development in the weight room. Would like to know more about his offseason work habits. Ceiling is tied to how he develops physically. One of the better athletes in this range.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Spring Grove athlete with one of the more complete profiles in this group. Eight-minute junior tape pinned on his X shows full-phase impact. Produces at WR, DB, and in the return game without forcing touches. I graded him as an FCS take and that still holds. Lacrosse background is legit, just hit 100 career points. Basketball experience shows in body control and movement. High academic kid with All-Academic EasternPA honors. Recently picked up a Princeton junior day invite which fits perfectly. Coaches will value the versatility and consistency. Can play either side of the ball at the next level. Safe FCS player with flexibility.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'3, 220, 3.0 GPA. Saw him live at the PRZ PA Winter Showcase. Extremely intriguing positional projection. Could be TE or EDGE/OLB at the next level. Athletic enough to hold his own at WR in camp settings. Tape could show more but traits are clear. Currently unoffered which is surprising. Size and versatility alone should draw attention. FCS-level player regardless of position. Needs refinement and more production. Coaches will want to see him live. One of the more intriguing upside players here.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'4, 183, 4.0 GPA, Bishop McCort. One of the most versatile ATHs in the state. Can punt, play QB, DB, and impact every phase. I've followed him for years and the production is consistent. Started at Philipsburg-Osceola before transferring. Frame projects best to safety at the next level. Stat sheet stuffer every Friday night without fail. Coaches will love the flexibility he brings. High academic profile adds real value. FCS grade with room to specialize. Needs positional focus eventually. Ceiling depends on that decision.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'1, 190, 3.9 GPA out of Cedar Crest. Initially evaluated as a QB and he can legitimately play there. That said, his upside at WR is too obvious to ignore. Four-minute junior tape shows a multi-faceted athlete with real tools. Visited Hampton on March 20th for a junior day, interest is real. Basketball background shows in his coordination and movement skills. Offseason work ethic is clear through clips on X. Top 200 type athlete with a firm FCS grade. Coaches will need to decide where they want him long-term. Either way, he's a take. Not very active on X, but not a dealbreaker. Tape shows a legitimate playmaker. Northeast D1/FCS programs should be involved. Would be a steal for D2 programs. Quietly one of the better WRs in this range. Needs more exposure, not more ability. Recruitment should pick up.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">5'10, 170, 4.0 GPA out of Jeannette. Production jumps off the page immediately. 60+ tackles, 1,000+ receiving yards, and 15 scores. Youngest captain in school history, which says a lot about leadership. Elite hands and body control for his size. Dangerous in the return game, both punt and kick. Basketball background shows in movement and coordination. Holds school record for receiving yards. Four-minute tape is efficient and packed with quality reps. Proven playmaker with real versatility. Recruitment should reflect that soon.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'2, 200 out of East Pennsboro. Plays with a linebacker mentality, and the build matches it. 60+ tackles while also producing on offense, which is impressive. I evaluated him off defensive tape and came away impressed. Strong hands and comfort catching the ball translate across positions. Could realistically play LB, safety, or even TE. Picked up an offer from Army West Point, which fits his style perfectly. 1,100+ all-purpose yards shows how involved he is. Physical, tough, and productive. Projection flexibility works in his favor. One of the more interesting evals in this group.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">6'2, 220, now at West Philadelphia HS after Archbishop Carroll. I'm usually cautious with Public League QB evals. This one is different, real arm talent and presence. Threw for 400+ yards in a single game, not easy anywhere. Has legit D2 QB upside right now. If he switches positions, DL/LB/TE could bring FCS interest. Multi-sport athlete with basketball and baseball background. Strong debut ranking but still projection-based. Needs in-person evaluation to lock in grade. Tools are there, refinement is next.
