[player_tooltip player_id='1834678' first='Ben' last='Jolley'] - Freshman Quarterback - Community Christian

Community Christian freshman quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1834678' first='Ben' last='Jolley'] made quite the statement in week nine. We've seen a few standout performances from freshman quarterbacks this season and Jolley added his name to that list. Jolley finished the night with 472 yards and six touchdowns on 29-47 passing. The Royals knocked off Comanche 44-21. It was a stellar night for Jolley and this Community Christian squad. And he's the latest 2029 quarterback that is not only performing on Friday nights but he's performing at a very high level. the entire Community Christian passing attack was on fire in week nine.

[player_tooltip player_id='1326361' first='Caron' last='Richardson'] - Senior Running Back - Ada

The Ada Cougars bounced back from a tough loss to Broken Bow by taking out their frustrations on Glenpool. The Cougars rolled to a 42-6 victory in week nine, setting up a massive week ten showdown on the road against Sallisaw. Senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1326361' first='Caron' last='Richardson'] had a night to remember in the win Friday night. The senior finished with nearly 350 yards and five touchdowns on 23 carries. The 347 yards was good enough to set a new school record for rushing yards in a single game. Richardson has had a terrific senior season and he's been knocking on the door of a performance like this for quite some time.

[player_tooltip player_id='1333179' first='Carter' last='Nathman'] - Senior Wide Receiver - Cascia Hall

The Cascia Hall passing attack could not be stopped on Friday night as they beat Verdigris 42-14. We could have gone with the quarterback here but senior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1333179' first='Carter' last='Nathman'] was his top target and it feels like a while since we featured him. He deserves the spotlight as he finished with seven catches for just under 200 yards and three touchdowns. This Cascia Hall offense feels like it's clicking on all cylinders and they'll need to continue that going into week ten against Berryhill. The Commandos, when they're playing at their best, have one of the very best passing attacks in Class 3A football.

[player_tooltip player_id='1101281' first='Carter' last='Ricke'] - Senior Quarterback - Lincoln Christian

Defending champion and top-ranked Lincoln Christian continues to roll on, winning their 37th consecutive game on Friday night with a 62-0 victory over Eufaula. It was another quick night for the Lincoln Christian offense as they played in the first half only before their night was done. Senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1101281' first='Carter' last='Ricke'] had another efficient night throwing the ball. He threw for 323 yards and five touchdowns on 14-16 passing. That has become somewhat of the standard stat line for Ricke and this Lincoln Christian offense. The Bulldogs look like a heavy favorite to make it back to Edmond to contend for that third straight title.

[player_tooltip player_id='206345' first='Conner' last='Quintero'] - Senior Quarterback - Chisholm

Chisholm solidified their playoff positioning with a 46-15 victory over Perry on Friday night. Senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='206345' first='Conner' last='Quintero'] has had a terrific senior season and he put up some more monster numbers in what became a memorable night. Quintero finished the night with nearly 350 yards and five touchdowns on 25-36 passing. With his performance in week nine, Quintero set the record for the most passing yards in a single season for Chisholm. The Longhorns have played in one of the toughest districts in the state this season and Quintero has put up big numbers against good competition this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1182029' first='Connor' last='Claborn'] - Junior Running Back - Lawton MacArthur

Lawton MacArthur junior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1182029' first='Connor' last='Claborn'] has become another "regular" on these weekend features. Claborn, in our opinion, is one of the very best running backs in Class 5A and he shows that time after time and against any of their opponents. The Highlanders rolled to a 45-6 victory over Southeast and Claborn was a steady force. He finished the night with nearly 160 yards and three touchdowns on 16 carries. He's had an outstanding junior season and is a big reason why you can't count out the Highlanders with the playoffs right around the corner. He'll be a name to watch in November.

[player_tooltip player_id='1539927' first='Donavin' last='Garfield'] - Senior Athlete - Seminole

Seminole's [player_tooltip player_id='1539927' first='Donavin' last='Garfield'] is definitely another "regular" on these weekly features as he's cemented himself as one of the top playmakers in Oklahoma this season. Seminole needed a win to keep their playoff hopes alive and Garfield delivered one of his best performances of the season. Garfield threw for 300 yards and two touchdowns on 10-11 passing. He also haded over 20 carries for 240 yards and four touchdowns. He turned around and finished with 13 tackles, an interception and a forced fumble on defense. Garfield helped carry the Chieftains to a 44-34 victory over Mannford.

[player_tooltip player_id='1461909' first='Hunter' last='Purvis'] - Junior Wide Receiver - Jones

It was a battle of unbeaten teams in Class 2A-1 and Jones went on the road and ran away from the Saints, beating Oklahoma Christian School 40-28 on Friday night. Junior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1461909' first='Hunter' last='Purvis'] had a terrific night at the receiver position. He finished the night with 178 yards and a pair of touchdowns. One of those touchdowns was a thing to watch as he beat his defender with a double move and streaked down the sideline, securing the catch and scoring one of his two touchdowns. The Longhorns have captured the district title and now they are one win away from an undefeated regular season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1732291' first='Jamele' last='Alexander'] - Senior Wide Receiver - Altus

The Altus Bulldogs bounced back from their first loss on the season by beating up Lawton on Friday night. The Bulldogs rolled to a 51-8 victory over the Wolverines and the passing game was once again on fire. We've featured the freshman phenom quite a bit this season but senior wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1732291' first='Jamele' last='Alexander'] has been one of his top targets and that was the case again Friday. Alexander finished with eight catches for 161 yards and three touchdowns in the win. Now, the Bulldogs are 8-1 on the season and they shift their focus to a massive week ten clash with defending state champion Carl Albert.

[player_tooltip player_id='1103004' first='Javen' last='Hall'] - Senior Running Back - Washington

Defending champion Washington continues to roll as they start to shift their focus to the playoff push and trying to make another run to Edmond. Washington beat Crossings Christian 49-0 on Friday night and senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1103004' first='Javen' last='Hall'] had a big night in the win. Hall only had nine carries but he made the most of them, finishing with just over 150 yards and four touchdowns in the win. Hall is one part of a legitimate two-headed monster at the running back position. The Warriors have won three straight state titles and with Hall playing like he played in week nine, they could set their sights on number four.

[player_tooltip player_id='1164601' first='Jett' last='Frankum'] - Sophomore Athlete - Plainview

Plainview had a close call in week nine but the Indians prevailed with a 21-18 victory over North Rock Creek. Sophomore standout [player_tooltip player_id='1164601' first='Jett' last='Frankum'] has had a terrific sophomore season and he added more to his game this week. Plainview lost their starting quarterback and Frankum had to step in as an emergency wildcat quarterback option and he still made serious plays. Frankum finished the night with over 150 yards on the ground but he totaled well over 200 yards and scored two touchdowns. North Rock Creek avoided kicking to him but he had a significant impact on the offensive side of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='402378' first='KD' last='Jones'] - Senior Running Back - Jenks

Another week and another stellar performance from Jenks senior running back and Kansas commit [player_tooltip player_id='402378' first='KD' last='Jones'] as the Trojans beat Enid 76-6 on Friday night. Jones finished the night with well over 200 total yards and four touchdowns. The Jenks standout continues to climb up all the Jenks career record charts and if the Trojans end up making a run to Edmond, Jones might be at the top of every single record by the time it's all said and done. And that's incredibly impressive considering he spent his freshman season at Broken Arrow. Jones has continued to turn heads throughout this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1599209' first='Knoxtyn' last='Rallo'] - Sophomore Athlete - Piedmont

In one of the more surprising results of week nine, Piedmont stunned top-ranked Stillwater with a field goal as time expired, winning 17-14 on Friday night. Sophomore standout [player_tooltip player_id='1599209' first='Knoxtyn' last='Rallo'] was the star of the night for the Wildcats and he did it on both sides of the ball. Rallo finished the night with nine carries for over 100 yards and a touchdown. Defensively, Rallo was matched up against one of the top wide receivers in the state and he consistently held his own. He had a big night on defense, including forcing a fumble that helped the Wildcats go on their march to kick that game-winning field goal.

[player_tooltip player_id='1837253' first='Michael' last='Bennett'] - Junior Running Back - Sapulpa

Sapulpa made quite the statement on Friday by absolutely dismantling Muskogee, beating the Roughers 49-16 in week nine. Junior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1837253' first='Michael' last='Bennett'] ended up being one of the top stars in the game, finishing the night with over 200 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He was also a menace on the defensive side of the ball. He finished with ten tackles and a forced fumble on defense as the Chieftains remain unbeaten in district play. This sets up a massive Highway 97 rivalry showdown with Sand Springs on Friday night with the district championship on the line in week ten.

[player_tooltip player_id='858873' first='Mykah' last='Washington'] - Senior Running Back - Booker T Washington

In one of the best performances of week nine, Booker T Washington senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='858873' first='Mykah' last='Washington'] set the tone very early on that it was going to be a long night for the Coweta defense. The Hornets went on the road and handed the Tigers their first loss of the season. Washington finished with well over 200 yards on the ground and five touchdowns in the win. Washington had three touchdowns on the ground in the first quarter alone. Behind their senior star running back, the Hornets rolled to a 38-20 victory over the Tigers. That will certainly help the Hornets as they make a push for the playoffs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1830375' first='Owen' last='Govier'] - Senior Kicker - Bishop Kelley

Bishop Kelley senior kicker [player_tooltip player_id='1830375' first='Owen' last='Govier'] had quite the night as the Comets kept their playoff hopes alive by knocking off Shawnee on Friday night. Bishop Kelley stunned the Wolves with a field goal as time expired to prevail 30-27. For Govier, that final field goal that gave the Comets the win was his third make on the night. Overall, he finished 3-3 on field goals but obviously none were bigger than that final kick that pushed Bishop Kelley to 4-5 but more importantly 3-3 in district play. Now, as they go into the final week of the regular season, the Comets have a chance to get into the playoffs.

[player_tooltip player_id='916843' first='Remington' last='Laughlin'] - Junior Quarterback - Mangum

Mangum junior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='916843' first='Remington' last='Laughlin'] has found himself on this breakdown several times this season. But his performance against Thomas on Friday night was without a doubt the biggest of the year. And the stat line wasn't overly impressive but the last time he touched the ball, he ran into the end zone for the go-ahead touchdown with less than 30 seconds to play. Laughlin finished with over 100 yards on 9-10 passing and added 22 carries for nearly 150 yards and that touchdown that broke a 21-21 tie. The Tigers beat Thomas in a battle between two undefeated teams to lock up the district title.

[player_tooltip player_id='1719591' first='Roman' last='Tucker'] - Senior Quarterback/Linebacker - Cushing

Cushing senior quarterback and linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1719591' first='Roman' last='Tucker'] had another dominant performance on both sides of the ball as the Tigers knocked off Fort Gibson in a high-scoring affair. The win locks up the district championship for the Tigers. Tucker could not be stopped on either side of the ball. Offensively, he finished with 220 yards and four touchdowns on 17-25 passing. He also added 80 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Defensively, he finished the night with 14 tackles, including two behind the line of scrimmage. Tucker has the Tigers looking like a serious threat in Class 4A this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1161913' first='Wyatt' last='Atkinson'] - Senior Running Back - Perkins-Tryon

Perkins-Tryon bounced back from a tough loss to Lone Grove by beating up on Bristow Friday night. Senior running back [player_tooltip player_id='1161913' first='Wyatt' last='Atkinson'] continues to show why he's one of the best players in Class 3A and one of the top running backs in the state. In their 49-28 victory over Bristow, Atkinson could not be stopped as he had another workhorse performance. He finished the night with 24 carries and had 175 yards and three touchdowns. He also caught a 26 yard touchdown pass. And that's just on the offensive side of the ball. Atkinson is also a standout on defense and can change the game in special teams.

[player_tooltip player_id='1403519' first='Xavier' last='Okwufulueze'] - Senior Wide Receiver - Rejoice Christian

Defending champion and top-ranked Rejoice Christian rolled to another easy win on Friday night. The Eagles beat Hulbert 54-6 and this week, it was senior wide receiver and Oklahoma commit [player_tooltip player_id='1403519' first='Xavier' last='Okwufulueze'] that was the star of the night. The future Sooner finished the night with nine catches for nearly 200 yards and four touchdowns. Rejoice Christian has had a few different players on this breakdown and now, the spotlight is on Okwufulueze as the regular season winds down. Rejoice Christian is playing outstanding football at the right time as they start thinking about defending that state title.
