One of the best backs in all of Pennsylvania will head into the Fall season as the lead man in one of the more potent rushing attacks in 4A Football. [player_tooltip player_id='1352770' first='Saalem' last='Frink'], a top ten senior back, started his final season at Bonner with a two-touchdown performance against a reeling Gratz defense. Said performance can be watched above. Frink hardly broke a sweat in this one, the majority of damage he dealt came in the first half of this game, a game that got out of hand fairly quickly. Frink can tear through elite defenses, his Saturday afternoon performance was hardly surprising, yet still an encouraging one. A tune-up for a back that is going to rack up yards this Fall, excited to see him work again this coming weekend.

The above clips showcase quality reps out of the Bonner offense, reps that didn't result in handoffs to Frink. Above, you can witness [player_tooltip player_id='1182893' first='Mekhi' last='Martin'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1181657' first='Tymir' last='Morris'] make plays, both of which I'll speak more about toward the end of the article. 2027 QB [player_tooltip player_id='953528' first='Noel' last='Campbell'] and Top 50 2026 prospect and Temple commit [player_tooltip player_id='646691' first='Dylan' last='Abram'] looked crisp in limited action. Gratz couldn't provide a proper evaluation setting, yet I'm all too familiar with how special both Campbell and Abram can be in their own right. It was nice to see Abram get serious time on offense. I know he's a capable wideout, I've seen his hands flash potential in off-season settings, yet seeing him catch touchdowns and be worked near the LOS is refreshing. He'll likely see a large role here throughout the entirety of the 2025 season. Campbell deserves credit, too. The junior passer looked polished, poised, and under control. Yes, this game got out of hand quickly, yet I don't take for granted a QB who can operate a huddle with new faces.

A shutout victory brought forth by the Bonner defense. Above, you can see [player_tooltip player_id='1181657' first='Tymir' last='Morris'] take a punt back for a score, a play that was called back via penalty. You can witness junior DL Cam Lundy score one of his two special teams touchdowns on the day. You can get a good look at the performance put forth by the fantastic Bonner front-seven, a front that didn't give up a first down all game. Mo Ismail and [player_tooltip player_id='944092' first='Donte' last='Wright'] picked up interceptions, both of which I did not capture in video above.

2027 Top 300 player [player_tooltip player_id='1181657' first='Tymir' last='Morris'] proved why he's a serious prospect to watch in an offense void of Jalil Hall. Morris looks to be the second option Campbell can work opposite [player_tooltip player_id='646691' first='Dylan' last='Abram']. Contrary to what those not in the know might believe, Bonner's passing attack could still prove potent with Morris and Abram's play-making abilities. Morris would take a poor punt back for a score, but said return would be called back, however. Morris would also take a screen 80+ yards to completely open the game up beyond reach. I'll pump the brakes on overreacting to this performance, which is why his projected ranking boost is modest right now. Overall, I'm happy to see a newer name perform well when needed.

[player_tooltip player_id='1182893' first='Mekhi' last='Martin'] will likely be the back behind Frink in rotation. We know Bonner will deploy several backs to maintain fresh legs. It's safe to say that Martin will get his fair share of carries in relief of D1 prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1352770' first='Saalem' last='Frink']. I can't muster much of an evaluation after this one, other than he looked good in limited action. In terms of ranking, I'm confident he'll earn a spot on our lists in due time; the more production, the better.

Two completely new, unranked prospects who stood out were Cam Lindy and Mo Ismail.

Both Lundy and Ismail, along with a few others on defense whose names I have to dig up, showed promise. This is both in terms of actual production, as well as in terms of future potential at the program. Lundy would score two touchdowns on special teams, scooping up a blocked punt for a score as well as intercepting a fake punt try. Quite the 2025 debut for the DL/TE who likely didn't expect to end up on the score sheet. Lundy looks intriguing from a build perspective, too; regardless of the touchdowns, he might be worth stashing for a future ranking. Mo Ismail came away with a great interception in this one, too. I didn't get a chance to record it in the video above. I'll be seeing this Bonner defense again this coming weekend. More great defensive performances will bolster any thoughts of me elevating said prospects up our boards.
