Would be higher on this list had I simply watched more of Philly’s Finest Purple. I scheduled out to see PF Black more, without knowing Bonner’s Abram would be elsewhere. When I did get the chance to see PFP, I was impressed by how natural a pass-catcher Abram seemed to be.
Based on his tape and ranking, it’s easy to quickly understand how I feel about Abram the DB. The number of DBs that translate better to the next level is few and far between. What forced me to place Abram on this list despite seeing him just for a game or two was his two-way prowess. Below is a quick clip of Abram stretching the field and catching a nine-ball naturally. Props to Abram for stepping up and doing what was asked of him, despite wideout not being his primary position. He clearly has some kind of history with the offensive side of the ball that I wasn’t privy to.

Abram was a playmaker on both sides of the ball for Philly Finest Purple. He was lockdown defensively and didn’t let anything behind him. He was a crisp route runner and consistently got open. He’s a great athlete and his potential was on show Saturday morning.

A top 30 2026 in Pennsylvania, currently ranks as a top three DB in his state. 6’0, 170 pounds, up ten pounds since the last time 2026s were updated on the site. Might be back at Bonner, played at Imhotep last Fall. Most recent offer came from Akron earlier this month.
Representing Philly’s Finest.
Below is what PRZ PA writer Pat Weider Pat Weider 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR/DB Muhlenberg | 2025 PA had to say about Abram in a recent publishing.

His ability to get on hands-on balls thrown near him and create interceptions is impressive. He is also a physical corner who does a good job of getting his hands on wide receivers and controlling them on the line of scrimmage. He has a physical style that is good to see for a cornerback. He has good coverage skills in both man-to-man and zone. In both coverages, he does a good job of breaking on balls thrown in his direction. Abram has elite talent and continues to play at a high level.

Hardly any DB in the northeast could step in and fill Kenny Woseley’s cleats. Imhotep deployed a damn good one in

is still locking down one side of the field, with the former Bonner & Prendie Friar manning the other. A quiet day out of a corner is a good one, yet Clarkson North was forced to pick their poison, often choosing to throw Abram’s way. Abram proves he can play ball hawk from outside corner or the slot. Abram played the flat with his eyes to the QB before breaking inside for an interception of a slant. Advanced level of play here. Fantastic breaks to the football, disciplined, wasn’t too excited to sink his hips and potentially over-commit to throws his way. Easily could have come away with three-four interceptions in this one. Good luck testing Abram or Locks this season. His top-five ranking is justified.

Imhotep loses the great Kenny Woseley, who is now replaced with a similarly impressive DB in former Bonner corner

. We haven’t checked in with Abram since his early January surge (Temple, VA Tech, Akron). Since, the 2nd-ranked 2026 DB has accumulated offers out of Indiana (BIG10), Duke (ACC), and Kent State (MAC), along with being invited to the UA Next camp in New Jersey, where I saw Abram last offseason. People are underestimating how large an impact an addition like this could make. Replacing Woseley, a legitimate BIG10 corner is no easy feat, we’ll see if Abram is up to task.

. Abram exemplifies ideal technique beyond his years. Disregard “production” when evaluating this kid. His PBUs and INTs might not leap off the stat sheet, yet his cover skills, both at the LOS as well as downfield jump off the tape. One of the more advanced corners that excels against a myriad of body types. Just 5 receptions allowed, incredible read and react working down into the flat zone. Dylan sees things in front of him well. The kid trusts his own speed and ability, this is one of the more calmer, more confident corners I’ve come across, especially at this age. Yet another top-20 prospect on this Friar defense.

Being compared to Imhotep’s Kenny Woseley might be one of the better compliments a young DB can receive. That’s the possible projection I see in store for Bonner’s freshman corner. Already building quite the offer list, Abram has received love from Penn State, Boston College, Virginia Tech, and Temple in the form of offers.
Woseley II and Abram are both comparable in size, each standing at 5’11, with Woseley having a bit more meat on the bone, seeing as though the two are two years apart. There aren’t too many assignments on the field that fall outside of Kenny Woseley’s realm of capabilities, he can play outside the numbers, in the slot, safety if need be. Woseley is comfortable in several different coverages outside of base defense. Zone/man capable. Looking at Abram’s initial tape, he has a ways to go to emulate Woseley’s entire skill set at DB. A ton of butt-to-the-sidleine work. Comfortable at the LOS, great hand-eye coordination that leads to PBUs downfield. Great in run support, this aspect sets him apart from other DBs in his class. Reads and diagnoses the run well, with zero fear of planting his target into the turf.
