Noel Campbell Noel Campbell 5'10" | 160 lbs | QB Bonner-Prendie | 2027 State PA is one of those football players who is just a winner. He proved that when his Bonner team beat Cardinal O’Hara 22-10. It wasn’t Campbell’s best game, but he made clutch plays to help his team get the win. He threw for 140 yards and 3 touchdowns. His ability to make clutch plays in the game’s biggest moments shines each week. Not the gaudest stats you see from a game ball, but an impressive performance by Campbell.

Noel Campbell Noel Campbell 5'10" | 160 lbs | QB Bonner-Prendie | 2027 State PA is the perfect combination of a pocket passer and a good running quarterback. When he is in the pocket, he can throw a good ball and is poised in the pocket. He reads the defense well and always knows where he wants to throw the ball. He is exceptional at scanning the defense and throwing the ball in the pocket. Then, as a runner, he is good at running on designed plays or when the plays break down, and he can scramble around to make a play. Campbell is a good quarterback prospect in the 2027 class.

Campbell has good footwork and does a nice job delivering a catchable ball for his receivers. He is a good athlete who moves well inside and outside of the pocket. When the play breaks down, he can run around and find open receivers. Campbell throws the deep ball well because he knows how to put the perfect amount of touch on the ball. Campbell also has a chance to only get better and improve going into next season.

The underclassman passer who has led Bonner to an undefeated record through five games. Bonner has always predicated their success based on how well they can move the ball on the ground, this year is no different. Yet the Bonner coaching staff have a wrinkle to deploy now that they have a passer they can trust. I was present for the game against the Haverford School, Campbell was poised and under control, saw the field well, was protected in the pocket. All of this amounted to 12 completions, five of which went to West Virginia commit Jalil Hall Jalil Hall 6'4" | 185 lbs | WR Bonner-Prendie | 2025 State PA . A variation of passes completed as well. Hitches, curls, nine routes, fades, slants. Campbell is comfortable running the passing attack. A Bonner team seemingly more balanced than previous years, there is no team in the state I’d be surprised to see them beat, large in part due to Campbell’s development and progression as a passer. A big boost in rank is coming as well, he’s earned that.
