Akih has blown up over the last several months on the recruiting scene. His combination of size and explosiveness is special. Last month Favour committed to play running back for Ohio State. Favour has good vision, and his one cut running style will be a great fit for the inside zone run game of the Buckeyes.

Fryzel's D1 recruitment started on the heels of his sophomore season. Over this last calendar year he has seen a steady flow of P4 offers. Fryzel has good length and athleticism. He has good bend and is a smooth route runner who does a good job of creating separation. Last month Preston committed to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Notre Dame is a school known for bringing in and developing talented tight ends. I like Fryzel as a TE who will mostly live outside, but and he continues to get stronger and fill out, he'll have the opportunity add value as a blocker.

The senior standout for the Elida Bulldogs picked up his first few FBS offers last spring-summer. Illinois was the first P4 to jump in and offer Crim this past January and in May he committed to the Fighting Illini. His physical development has been what jumped out to me. His game was based on his combo of strength and athleticism. For me he profiles as a SAM linebacker in Illinois 3-4 defense. Over the last year he's added 20 pounds which will allow him to further that skillset. He's going to excel at setting the edge and he'll be able to get pressure on the QB from time to time.

McFarlane has had a big offseason. He landed over 10 P4 offers before committing to Indiana. He excels as a receiving tight end. PJ excels on winning 50/50 balls. He has also shown the athleticism, hands, and body control to make some spectacular catches. I can't wait to see PJ at the next level as a playmaker in the passing game for the Hoosiers.

Grover was one of the biggest rises in this update. He's an athletic offensive lineman who shows off good feet and length. For Luke he just needed to continue to develop physically, and he's done that. Grover is now over 270 pounds. Where Luke excels is in pass pro where he uses his athleticism and footwork to stifle edge rushers. After his senior season Luke will head to Cincinnati where he will join his older brother Gavin who's a tight for the Bearcats.

Lautar totally blew up this offseason picking up offers from the ACC, Big Ten, SEC, and the Big Twelve. Lautar is a versatile tight end. He can line up inline and be a strong blocker. He can also be utilized in the passing game either inline or split out. He has a big catch radius and is strong through contact. Nick is committed to Louisville.

Kelly is a late bloomer. For him it's just been about adding good weight and getting stronger. While Rihyael was originally committed to Rutgers. He flipped to Alabama after they offered him. The lanky DB has the length and speed to be a playmaker at the next level. He's a violent player who loves physicality. He's a great fit for the Crimson Tide defense and will join former Winton Woods Warriors' Cam Calhoun and Justin Hill at Bama.

Reilly is a versatile safety from Cincinnati football powerhouse Saint Xavier. Brayden is a defender who can line up in the defensive backfield in coverage or in the box. One thing will always be true regardless of where he lines up and that is the physicality and edge he plays with. He is comfortable covering in space and he loves to throw his body around in the run game. Brayden is committed to play linebacker at Northwestern.
