Kelley is all of his listed 6’3 185 pounds and may be closer to 6’4 in height. It’s easy to see what the Crimson Tide. He had top notch athleticism. He’s rangy and long in coverage and he will stick his nose in there and play physical in the run game. For me he will definitely be a hybrid linebacker at the next level who will be a weapon versus the pass and run.

Kelly is a late bloomer. For him it’s just been about adding good weight and getting stronger. While Rihyael was originally committed to Rutgers. He flipped to Alabama after they offered him. The lanky DB has the length and speed to be a playmaker at the next level. He’s a violent player who loves physicality. He’s a great fit for the Crimson Tide defense and will join former Winton Woods Warriors’ Cam Calhoun and Justin Hill at Bama.

Kelly is a long and athletic defensive back. He’s a versatile safety who can thrive in neither the free or strong safety positions. He has the versatility to play single high or in the box. When lined up as a single high safety he plays with great instincts and plays with the speed and angles to take away pretty much any ball. When he’s in the box he plays downhill and can make plays behind the line of scrimmage in the run game. His tape along with his size, length, and athleticism profile to the D1 high P4 level. I’d be surprised if he didn’t start to blow up onto the P4 recruiting scene this offseason.
