The Class of 2026 Rankings update will go LIVE on February 24! With that, we'll have well over 100 New Additions. These newly-added players have impressed me and our other scouts in the past 6 months. Especially the players in this article. The six prospects below all have incredible upside and are on track to being excellent college football players.

Below are my honest evaluations of where these six prospects could end up playing their college ball!

Babbitt is a very new prospect. In fact, I first watched his tape just two days ago.

But WOW- please watch his tape! Peyton has legitimate talent and could be a late-bloomer D1 prospect depending on his offseason performances. The biggest question is- where will Peyton actually be recruited? Plus, where will I decide to rank him?

On one hand, the athleticism is incredibly apparent. Not only is Peyton an excellent athlete, but he has rare awareness and amazing IQ in the open field. His rushing ability is absolutely unquestioned- he's a D1 talent in that category.

The biggest question that is yet to be answered is his passing ability. Yes, there are some good passes on his highlight tape. But it's just that- a HIGHLIGHT tape. I really cannot accurately evaluate Peyton's passing ability until I watch him at a camp. If he's consistently hitting big throws, knows how to read a defense, and throws with good velocity- I could see a MAC offering. If he's an average passer, then he may fall into the D2 or D3 range, even with his athletic ability. Super, super interesting prospect here. Gut says D2.

Luke is another Quarterback who should earn some recruiting attention this offseason, and another QB who is very new to me.

His Junior Season tape makes me think Luke has a legitimate shot at being a great MIAA prospect. His tape begins with an accurate deep bomb thrown 40 yards. Next, another deep bomb thrown perfectly over the DB. The rest of his tape shows a whole lot of play action, a few good instances of pocket presence (0:32), and a ton of good, quick decisions. The biggest question is how Luke will eventually perform at offseason camps. Right now, I don't love his throw velocity or throwing motion. He'll need to touch up on his mechanics, but still, D3 upside.

I'm very late to the party with Tasso. Considering the saturation of the RB market and the fact I haven't scouted him in person, my gut says Tasso will be a Division 3 prospect.

Tasso is everything you could reasonably want in a High School running back. He's got great vision, good contact balance, and overall makes he most out of each and every carry. Plus, he's got good open-field elusiveness. 1:09 shows Tasso juke out the safety to secure the TD. 2:08 shows his ability to barrel through defenders in the redzone.

He has good tape, but what's going to make or break recruitment is the offseason. Tasso needs to be well-repped in the 40, shuttle, broad jump, and L. If he performs excellently in those categories, I could easily see Tasso earning D2 offers. Now, he's a high D3 guy in my eyes.

Ryan should have been on the rankings a long time ago. Right off the bat, he obviously has excellent size. A very small percentage of people are 6'5"+, and that right there makes Ryan an intriguing prospect.

Though you can't have D1 offers with bad tape! His second highlight at 0:16 showcases Ryan's receiving abilities. It's a very simple 5-yard hitch, but Ryan shows great footwork on the route and then proceeds to torch the defense for a 30-yard touchdown. Other plays like 0:45 showcase his receiving ability. It's a standard drag route, but Ryan does a good job at breaking a tackle then attempting to fight through other tackles for extra yards. I can't tell you how many Tight Ends I've watched who struggle mightily with physicality. Ryan is very physical!

Obvious D1 talent, and I'm glad that a few schools are taking notice.

I first watched Brandon in his playoff game against Mason. In that game, he had his ups and downs. On tape, he shows some very good plays, many in man-to-man press coverage.

Instances like 0:42 showcase solid man coverage. Brandon stays with his receiver and converts a good PBU. Solid job. At 0:30, Brandon does a great job of making a quick tackle on the pass to the flat. I think that Brandon is a far above-average DB, and has a good chance at earning Division 2 offers. Though, he does have a few issues. First, Brandon's eyes are all over the place. Most of the time, he's looking at the receiver's upper-body rather than his hips or feet. It's very hard to gauge a receiver's next move based on his helmet. That's the biggest nitpick I have. Other than that, I think he could be a bit more physical.

A high-upside prospect. With good athletic numbers, I could easily see a GLIAC school take a chance at Brandon!

I watched Brenden twice this season- in the state semifinals and the State Championship.

I like his size and I also like his leadership. He's a true 6'6" with long limbs. Also, Brenden is very level-headed and does a great job at encouraging teammates and keeping the morale high. However, Brenden has many skill limitations that he'll need to correct before he reaches his ceiling. First, Brenden needs to work on his all-around athleticism. I frankly don't like his change of direction or explosiveness. Also, I'd love to see Brenden play with better physicality. There were times, especially in the state championship, where Brenden was outmatched by a more physical and fundamentally sound player.

I'm still going to rank Brenden as a high Division 3 prospect. He seems like a very good player, a good teammate, and he has high upside. Excited to see where Brenden ends up playing his college ball!
