UMass and Lafayette offered the committed Haverford OL early into 2024. Army is all in on all things Bueno, the program pushing through an official offer to the soon-to-be MLK grad. Towson offered Bueno last month, with Mercyhurst and Duquesne also putting their name in the Bueno official O hat. Bueno earned over 15 offers over the years, but it's likely that the schools above are leading the way in terms of the race for the senior backer. This all speculation on my part of course. Faulkner's tape always conveyed a special back, now he had the offers to back up that premise. Ranked as a top-five back, Faulkner is the best back to be currently uncommitted. Faulkner visited Eastern Michigan prior to the training camp beginning, the program likely in the lead to land the PCC back. This is likely due to the influx of options being presented his way post-commitment. Not much to sugarcoat here, there is a monstrous pass-rusher available, one that is still moldable, one that is still growing. It's highly likely that Smith has heard from schools without him announcing said schools. A 6'4, 235-pound pass-rusher is hard to find, they don't grow on trees. Toledo and Akron first stamped Batch, not entirely sure these offers still stand, as I believe Batch would have likely already sealed the deal with one of those G5 MAC programs. My bet is an FCS team willing to provide Batch with early playing time, a school that values his two-way prowess will be the one to hear back from Batch in the form of a commitment. Platz recently took a visit to Duquesne, a game against Mercyhurst, both programs have offered the young man and are likely in hot pursuit of his skill set. New Hampshire and Maine have also expressed consistent interest, yet I'd place my bets on Mercyhurst or Duquesne's chances to snag a prospect who I deem to be heavily underrated. A drastically underrated prospect who only has one offer to his name. I've seen what Colwell is capable of both in pads and out. I've had the pleasure of watching him perform under my microscope on numerous occasions. I scratch my head at the fact that Colwell has seen little Division One interest in the form of offers, despite his solid GPA (3.1) and great tape. I know some schools want to see him gain weight, this could be an issue. Still, this is an issue I personally wouldn't put much stock into, especially when you watch him run and catch the football. Robert Morris was willing to pull the trigger on South Park's [player_tooltip player_id='598630' first='Eric' last='Doerue'], the program being the second D1 offer on his short list. Surprised to see D2s and FCS programs out West, including Ohio, not offer the back. I still ranked Doerue inside the top 75, I like his tape that much.
