is a touchdown machine for PCC. In the win over State College, he had 4 rushing touchdowns. Faulkner has a great combination of speed and burst through a hole. He is also hard to bring down and has the speed to take it to the house anytime he touches the ball. Faulkner is making a strong case that he is the top player in the 6A playoffs.

5’10, 190 pounds. 3.55 GPA. Recently ranked as the fourth-best running back in Pennsylvania (2025). Also recently named as one of the best prospects that is currently uncommitted. Here’s what I had to say about his current recruitment status as it stood at time of writing.
Current Recruiting Status: An explosive offseason saw PCC’s Elijah Faulkner
Central Catholic didn’t have to rely on Faulkner’s feet much in this one. When you go up 28-0 in a blink of an eye, it’s a bit understandable as to why Faulkner’s name wasn’t mentioned much on the stat sheet. Still a tough runner who brought his pads and leg drive with each carry. This is a young man who can break a game open for four scores on the ground, especially behind this line. The stable of backs at Central Catholic’s disposal proves they can beat teams through the air and on the ground. If wins come by ground, it’s likely that Faulkner’s the reason why.

earn offers out of Eastern Michigan, Navy, Central Michigan, Youngstown State, Cornell, Villanova, Furman, Fordham, and Howard University. Faulkner’s tape always conveyed a special back, now he had the offers to back up that premise. Ranked as a top-five back, Faulkner is the best back to be currently uncommitted. Faulkner visited Eastern Michigan prior to the training camp beginning, the program likely in the lead to land the PCC back. Time will tell.

continues to have an impressive season for PCC. On Friday night, playing against Seneca Valley, he rushed for 151 yards and 3 touchdowns. Faulkner is one of the best running backs in the 2025 class. He has an impressive ability to make defenders miss and the speed to take it to the house at any time. Faulkner should continue to excel for PCC during the playoffs. They will need him next week when they play North Allegheny for the 6A WPIAL championship.

is a good running back for PCC. In a talented group of players, Faulkner still stands out as one of the best players on PCC’s team. He does a nice job of making defenders miss. He also has the strength to run through contact. Finally, when he gets into the open field, he can score whenever he touches the ball. Faulkner is a good running back and will have a huge hand in how far PCC makes it in the playoffs.

‘s recruitment has started to take off and for good reason. The talented running back out of Pittsburgh Central Catholic had a stellar Junior campaign. The 2025 prospect ran for 1,426 yards averaging 7.4 yards per carry on the season. Elijah put 25 of those touches in the end zone for 6! 5 programs have pulled the trigger on Faulkner. Starting it off with Eastern Michigan, Central Michigan, Navy, Cornell, and Villanova. A game to keep an eye on early in the season is the “Week 0” matchup with Saint Frances Academy. I’m excited to see how Faulkner performs in that game! Don’t be surprised if you see him break a run or two off for a long touchdown.

is a homerun threat everytime he touches the ball. As a running back once he hits the hole he explodes through it. Then once he gets into the open field he is off to the races. He also showed he is capable of catching the ball out of the backfield and make people miss. Faulkner is also a physical runner who is hard to bring down. Finally he has a sick spin move I saw him use. Faulkner is a legit running back who recently picked an offer from Cornell.
