Current Recruiting Status: Was committed to West Virginia football as early as a week ago. Announced on November 7th his intention of decommiting from WVU. A top five OL prospect, Barr is ready to restart the recruiting process a bit late in the cycle. His talents will spark talks back up quickly. Unsure if Barr will find more Power Four opportunities, it’s likely a G5 or even an FCS schools swoops in to steal what could be a class-defining prospect. UMass and Lafayette offered the committed Haverford OL early into 2024. Unsure if these offers still holds.
Respectfully, I am decommitting from WVU and reopening my recruitment process. Appreciative for WVU football, however, I believe it is in my best interest to pursue other opportunities. Excited to restart this process and achieve my goals.

, who now ranks beside Williams as the second Haverford junior inside the top five at their respective positions. Barr practically willed an offer out of West Virginia, working hard in front of the coaching staff and pairing that with excellent grades in the classroom. Despite a tough injury that derailed what would have likely been a dominant junior campaign, Barr is already back running and showing off his agility in training videos posted online. I have heard first-hand how hard of a worker Barr is, I have no doubts he will come back stronger next year. The junior lineman will likely pave the way for Haverford backs from his OG/OC position next Fall.
