A watch list quarterback, one filling in for Pitt-commit Shawn Lee. Lewis has sophomore tape readily available, he should have been evaluated and ranked in the off-season, this an oversight on my part. Despite the rough showing against Cumberland Valley, both from what I've heard, and witnessed on Hudl, Lewis has done enough to earn a spot on our lists.

6'0, 165 pounds. Has dabbled with the DB and wideout positions prior to his stint at QB. Lewis doesn't have a first-three, mid-season, or full-season tape out yet on Hudl, yet he has his first five single-game cut-ups available. I know he's better than what he showed against CV while I was on the sideline. So I decided to take a quick look at tape against Bishop McDevitt.

*Operates out of a spread look, has a number of weapons to throw too. Is a confident passer when in rhythm. Can hit hitches, slants, and curls accurately. Goes with the be and flow of the game, needs to work on staying consistent in the pocket (mechanics and footwork). Consistently working on the small things would boost his accuracy and timing, resulting in a more productive offense. Has a high ceiling, especially in terms of productivity. Has the willingness and range to attack a secondary vertically. Has some stud wideouts to work with, so the kid has no problem giving his guys a shot. If he can read the first 15 yards well and deliver balls with conviction in rhythm, this offense can hum.

Twitter has been a bit quiet, he'd likely benefit from putting out his single-game cut-ups so that coaches could quickly get caught up. At the very least, Ewell has seven games to choose from for interested coaches. No mid-season, no first-three. Ewell carried the rock a bit against Cumberland Valley before Mickens' inevitable takeover. Ewell's presence would still be felt on defense, with the senior backer registering a respectable number of stops inside the box.

Ewell's tape against Central Dauphin has him working in a similar two-way role. Ewell recorded two TFLs stacked on top of a few good outside zone runs. The Division One projection might've faded, yet this is still a fantastic bring-in for local Division Two programs. I wouldn't be surprised to find out Ewell is a successful PSAC backer in two years time.

The Penn State commit and top-ranked back sparked a comeback against Cumberland Valley. Mickens was the spark necessary to lift Harrisburg against CV, with Mickens providing huge energy plays on both sides of the ball. Two rushing touchdowns, two sacks, multiple run stops from his backer position, Mickens stood out the way a top-ranked prospect should, albeit not enough to down Cumberland Valley at home.

I don't look for 300-yard nights, 5-sack performances when watching a household name live. Is your impact on the football game inevitable? It'll be tough to leave Mickens out of our top 5 this coming update.

I didn't expect to learn much out of [player_tooltip player_id='212414' first='Elias' last='Coke'] post-game against Cumberland Valley, this for a few reasons. I have had an extensive look at Coke through several different mediums. 7v7, events, regular-season and post-season play. I didn't think there was much to learn, yet I came away more impressed with Coke than I have after any live look.

Against Cumberland Valley, Coke dropped a few passes early in the game. This led to the wideout boiling over on the sidelines, frustrated as he was. I know many elite talents that would have let a few drops derail their game, I know a few talents that would have thrown a tantrum, Coke took blame, relaxed, and ended up providing a spark similar to what Mickens provided. Said spark would ultimately put Harrisburg back in contention. Coke would end up scoring on a go-ball from Lewis, he'd also be the lone pass-catcher with 7+ targets in the second half. Despite the outburst and frustrations, Coke pulled himself together and dominated the second half of the football game. This meant a lot to me as a live evaluation, much more than any stat line could mean.

No mid-season tape, no first-three, quiet on socials for the most part. Coke, like many other Cougars listed above, is likely focused on getting Harrisburg back on the title track. I'd love to know what things have been like from a production/tape perspective, but I'll have to wait until the season ends to get caught up on all things [player_tooltip player_id='212414' first='Elias' last='Coke'].
6'0, 175 pounds. Currently an un-offered senior two-way starter who can change a football game on special teams as well. Brannon returned a kickoff for a score with Ed O'Brien in attendance this past weekend.

Brannon is one of the more immediately recruitable seniors out of Central Pennsylvania, so long as his grades are in order. A five-minute mid-season tape we will break down below.

* A natural playmaker, good things happen when you feed him the ball. Has the build and athleticism to align at any of the three wideout positions. Harrisburg like to run a substantial amount of 10 personnel sets, so you can find Brannon on the field at any given moment. Is a three-level pass-catcher, witnessed catching screens and working YAC opportunities, witnessed catching posts and nines downfield. Coke is on this team yet Brannon could likely serve as a number one option elsewhere. Is currently ranked as a top Division Two talent, just a few spots away from breaking into the FCS threshold. Can play boundary corner at this level, has a pick-six record on tape. A ton of pass coverage reps to dissect, one of the few corners with a ton of reps actually being targeted. You can see a flurry PBUs and reps in support of the run. I like the idea of bringing Brannon in to develop as a multi-faceted DB who can contribute on special teams, this if I'm a PSAC program. Great player.

Posted a full regular-season tape just yesterday, fully encompassing his complete skill set at offensive tackle. Can drive and flatten DEs when run-blocking if he can shoot his hands and get his elbows in tight. Emphasis is put on hand placement and elbows, I can tell he's being coached well. His style of play, a right tackle with great leg drive, would likely be amplified if he could put on another good ten pounds. His pass-pro reps should be moved up on tape, I was under the impression he was lackluster in this area because the first pass-pro rep comes after two minutes of review. His lighter build allows him to stay athletic, so if he wants to play as a two-way right tackle, or a true left tackle at an FCS school, more reps showing off his skills in space are mandatory. Works his feet before shooting his hands, isn't shown to be a lunger. Altharfi's stock was already solid, this season's tape will keep him in good favor among 2026 offensive linemen.

6'2, 210 pounds. A highly touted sophomore backer who is currently ranked inside the top ten at his position.

For coaches interested, Brown has posted a lengthy ten-minute mid-season tape. Can play deep center and serve what could be called a safety role, a backer who can cover the pass. Can serve as the WILL in a 4-3 look. Is a tough kid to block because of his lateral agility, he tends to play with a controlled burst that makes getting hands locked into his chest a tough task. A one-on-one tackler you can rely on, a phenomenal athlete in a vacuum, watching him work cones drills and work angles must be a pleasure. Diagnoses the run naturally. Can take on the brunt of the flow on run sets headed his way, is a tough kid who doesn't mind getting his face mask dirty. An early offer candidate so long as he tests well as an underclassman. Station Brown between the hashes and you go a kid who can go for ten tackles a game with ease.
