Harrisburg has many prospects on the fence between FCS and D2 ball. Ky’mir Williams Ky’mir Williams 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH Harrisburg | 2025 State PA has worked enough to commit to Saint Francis football, Williams standing as yet another Division One football player suiting up for the Cougars.

Ky’Mir doesn’t have much on Hudl to look at sadly, but it’s great to know his recruitment has wrapped up nonetheless. A top 200 player, one who is just 15 spots away from cracking the top 150. I know Williams has been productive, just wish I could see what he’s been up to in 2024 for the sake of the rankings. I’ll check back in in due time.

Harrisburg’s Ky’mir Williams Ky’mir Williams 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH Harrisburg | 2025 State PA announced on May 31st that he had received his first Division One offer out of Saint Francis University. This coming from a post-camp performance on campus. Williams is due for a massive leap up our ranks after the FCS stamp of approval. Received a Division Two grade out of myself, will need to reassess.

Ky’Mir Williams was one of the big reasons for Harrisburg’s district title run. Williams plays outside linebacker. He does an excellent job reading and reacting to the play and then coming upfield to make the play. He is exceptional in pass coverage. He can drop in zone coverage or play man-to-man against slot receivers. Williams is constantly getting his hands on the ball when thrown his way. He is also a very good blitzer off the edge. Williams is a talented player who with a strong Senior year should have a good chance at playing College Football.

We finish off the preview with two Sophomore prospects who could and should make immediate impacts this Fall. Both Shawn Lee and Ky’mir Williams Ky’mir Williams 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH Harrisburg | 2025 State PA currently rank as top five prospects at their respective positions. Shawn Lee brings a different dynamic to the offense, the kid can be schemed up to beat you in so many different ways. A mixture of Curry-Lewis and Lee Jr.’s talents should leave defenses guessing for a second straight year.

Add yet another stud in the Cougar front seven. This time, it’s hybrid linebacker/safety Ky’mir Williams Ky’mir Williams 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH Harrisburg | 2025 State PA , who is still coming into his own inside this defensive system. A very early grade suggests both Lee and Williams will serve as the future of the program. Expect the Harrisburg coaching staff to expand Williams’ role off of what was an impressive freshman campaign.

Williams has good size already at 5-foot-10 and 185-pounds while playing both linebacker and strong safety. Williams is a great athlete with good speed for a linebacker while also being quite agile. He shows good play recognition skills as well as the ability to get off blocks and get to the ball carrier.
