played cornerback and running back last year for Harrisburg. At running back, he has a nice burst in the hole and then makes defenders miss. Penn also shows good speed and when he gets into the open field he runs by defenders. He also showed a physical running style. At cornerback Penn showed good coverage skills. When the ball is thrown his way, he does a good job getting his hands on the ball and breaking up passes. Penn is a talented player in the 2027 class.
