It's the month of October and that means it's time for a prospect ranking update! Throughout this month, we'll be updating each class ranking and following up those updates with in-depth breakdowns on a ton of prospects in each class. We kicked things off with the 2028 Watchlist. Then we continued our updates with the 2027 class. The ranking now features the Top 75 Sophomores In Oklahoma. In this breakdown, we're taking a look at the guys in the trenches. We're putting the spotlight on three offensive linemen and three defensive linemen.

[player_tooltip player_id='1171162' first='Cadriann' last='Olds'] is a disruptive defensive lineman that moved from Star Spencer to Edmond North over the summer. With the move, it's given Olds an opportunity to go up against some really strong competition in Class 6A-1. His freshman film last fall really impressed us but you could tell that he was still very raw. This fall, you can tell that there have been some growing pains with Olds making the transition from a smaller class but those raw athletic abilities that we saw last year are still there. From his wingspan to his moves coming off the edge, Olds is a prospect that has a high ceiling moving forward and what's scary is where he'll be with two more years against top competition.

Coweta offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='734696' first='Hunter' last='Reavis'] has been an offensive lineman that we've liked since he was in eighth grade. He tore it up at one of our PRZ-Next camps and he's performed well at the high school events as well. Reavis earned valuable playing time as a freshman and he has a very high ceiling as long as he continues to develop and grow as an offensive lineman. The projected spot looks to be on the interior of the offensive line and that will allow Reavis to use his one on one moves to push opposing defenses backwards. It's been a tough season for Coweta this fall and we haven't seen any updated film but Reavis is still a name to know.

Broken Arrow's [player_tooltip player_id='1297664' first='Carter' last='Archer'] is another offensive lineman to keep an eye on moving forward. Archer has the look and the tools to be one of the better interior offensive lineman prospects in this class. He has good size but it's the strength and weight room numbers that jump off the page at us. Broken Arrow's offensive line has quite a bit of size and they are definitely a unit that is getting stronger the more they work together. But Archer's numbers have to be among the best in the state's 2027 class. Whether it's at center or guard, Archer has the ability to be that guy in this class. And it certainly helps when you look at the guys around him that he's working with.

Jenks defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1297665' first='Luke' last='McInelly'] is an absolute monster on the defensive line for the Trojans. Where does he project at the next level with his size? No idea but throw on the film and watch his disruptive production. The thing that we like the most about McInelly is how he has performed against some of the better opponents on the Jenks schedule. If a prospect has a big game against an inferior opponent, that's what he was supposed to do. One of McInelly's best performances came against Owasso, who has one of the better OL units in the state. McInelly does a great job of shedding blocks at the perfect time to make a play on the ball carrier.

Owasso offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='473722' first='Elien' last='Reagan'] is in a very similar situation to Archer at Broken Arrow. Owasso's offensive line has a very strong case for being the most dominant group in the state. Reagan is the young gun on this offensive line and just like with Archer, if Reagan is absorbing everything from this group this season, he is going to be in a much better spot moving forward. Reagan has impressed us in the past as a name to know before he even entered the high school ranks. Now, as a sophomore, Reagan is still a name that we're keeping an eye on and we think that his ceiling is getting higher and higher. Don't be surprised if he's a breakout prospect this offseason.

Lincoln Christian [player_tooltip player_id='1035134' first='Rain' last='Ragland'] is part of the lead of a Lincoln Christian front seven that is definitely the best of the best in Class 3A and one of the better groups in the state overall. As just a sophomore, Ragland leads the team in sacks and is an absolute nightmare for opposing offensive linemen. Ragland was pointed out to us last season when he was just a freshman as being a guy that had a lot of potential. Right now, he looks like the definition of a "tweener" between defensive lineman and linebacker but wherever he ends up, we think he's going to be incredibly productive. He continues to get better and better and has shown he can be an absolute game-wrecker.
