is that quarterback. O’Neal has become one of the more sought after 2026 signal callers in the country. But he committed to Oklahoma and is spending his senior season just a few miles down the road from his future college. O’Neal is a very good looking quarterback but we’re looking forward to seeing how he looks against the top competition that Oklahoma has to offer. Based on film we’ve seen and reports from our PRZ-California writers, O’Neal is the real deal and could lead this Mustang to new heights this fall. He’s going to be a major name to know in 6A-1.

officially moved from California to Oklahoma, where he’ll play his senior season with Mustang. O’Neal is widely considered one of the top 2026 quarterbacks in the country so when he moved into Oklahoma, we knew he’d be right up there in the ’26 ranks right from the start. We got a chance to watch O’Neal in person this spring in a scrimmage setting against Owasso. The ball certainly jumps out of his hand and the accuracy and overall arm strength is impressive. O’Neal came to Mustang while committed to Oklahoma. Recently, he stepped back from his verbal to the Sooners and flipped that commitment to Florida State. With him leading this Mustang offense this fall, he could help turn this Bronco team into a legitimate state championship contender.

completed 14 of 21 passes for 396 yards with six touchdowns in Narbonne’s dominant win over San Pedro in the City Section Open Division championship game.
He has one of the smoothest deliveries I’ve seen on a high school quarterback and his arm strength is the best in his class. The ball jumps out of his hand and his accuracy down the field is impressive.

O’Neal was the quarterback of the offseason winning MVP honors at the Under Armour Next Camp and being named a top performer at the Elite 11 Regionals. He transferred into Narbonne from Newport Harbor and is the highest profile quarterback in the City Section in years.
