is the third and final notable addition to the Mustang lineup, making this offense one of the best in Class 6A-1. Last season, Murphy enjoyed a breakout season at Norman. He would end up being one of the state’s best wide receivers and led Class 6A-1 in most receiving categories. Now, he’s at Mustang and with Johnson on one side and Murphy on the other, with one of the best quarterbacks in the country throwing the ball, the Broncos are going to be hard to slow down. Murphy enjoyed that breakout season in 2024. But now, he’s looking to solidify himself as one of the top playmakers in the state’s 2026 class.

was one of those players and he’s the perfect example of just how deep this 2026 WR class truly is. Murphy is outside of the top ten for this position but he definitely has the skillset and the production to be inside of it in most years. Murphy was terrific throughout the 2024 season and we’re fired up to see how he continues that momentum into this offseason and carry it over to this fall. Murphy recently picked up his first offer from Air Force and that could end up being the first of many this offseason.
