Mustang cornerback Braesyn Williams Braesyn Williams 6'2" | 175 lbs | DB Mustang | 2027 State OK is not only a newcomer to the state’s 2027 rankings, he’s a newcomer to Oklahoma in general. Williams moved down to Oklahoma from Kansas, where he was a standout at Kansas powerhouse Derby. Our Prep Redzone Kansas writers had a high opinion of Williams and had him rated as one of the top prospects in the state’s 2027 class. But there is still so much unknown about Williams from our perspective because we haven’t had a chance to really watch him in person. The film is impressive but we’re fired up to see how it translates against 6A-1 competition in Oklahoma week in and week out.

2027 defensive back Braesyn Williams Braesyn Williams 6'2" | 175 lbs | DB Mustang | 2027 State OK joins Mustang from Derby, Kansas, where he emerged as one of the top DB prospects in their 2027 class. He comes to Mustang with around ten D1 offers and that list is probably going to grow this fall. Williams was on a pathway to becoming the top defensive back in Kansas’ 2027 class. Now, he comes to Oklahoma, where the 2027 DB class is one of the better classes that we’ve seen in the last few years. Williams is looking to show that he belongs among the best of the best. The potential is certainly there and the frame is there for him to be an instant impact player for the Broncos. He’s a potential breakout star to watch this fall.
