Peters also came away with two interceptions, returning one of them for a touchdown as a freshman. He has tremendous ball skills, showing the ability to break on the ball with perfect timing and attach it at its highest point. Peters finished this past season with two interceptions (one returned for a touchdown) and several pass breakups in 10 games. He also showed the ability to come downhill and make plays against the run, finishing the year with 38 tackles and one tackle for loss.
