Webb played a key role in Frederick Douglass’ 5A State Championship run, catching 40 passes for 644 yards and six touchdowns. Tylon is a very dangerous threat on the outside, using his speed to blow by defensive backs in the deep passing game. He also has very reliable hands, showing the ability to look in passes and catch the ball away from his body. Webb also has shown the ability to make plays after the catch, using his speed to turn up the field and run away from the defense while also showing the ability to make defenders miss in the open field.
