. Get the ball into Hunter’s hands and, despite being 6’3″, has the ability to make sudden movements and defenders miss like he was 5’8″. His height does not go to waste either, as he is used as a jump ball threat who high points the ball with his hands and can track the ball over his shoulder well. Similarly, he uses his size to shield defender’s pathway to the ball and is able to withstand hits and maintain possession. An area for Hunter to be mindful of is attacking the ball. I noted that on hitches and in tight windows he will often wait on the ball. Go and get it. You are a blessed athlete and the ball is best served in your hands, as soon as possible. Finally, his film left me wondering if he can take the top off of the defense and stretch the field vertically – which was absent from his tape.

in the backfield, so passing the ball is an afterthought for the Jaguars. For better or for worse, that shows in Hunter’s skillset because his throwing motion leaves a lot to be desired. Yet, somehow he throws a beautiful spiral. Watching game film, he’s also a threat to keep the ball and run it himself. He’s a taller, longer kid that also plays basketball and runs track. If he can get his throwing motion figured out, there’s no reason Hunter can’t be playing some level of college football down the line.
