I found out after the event that Reyes was dealing with the flu (was taken to the ER the following day) and had fought through it to compete at the combine. You would’ve never even known by watching him play, that’s an impressive level of toughness. Even with all of that, he still managed to run the fastest shuttle of any quarterback in attendance with a 4.40. Playing for an ALA Queen Creek team that just had its quarterback head to BYU to continue playing the position, Reyes is a player who could get a lot of attention quickly as the 2024 season rolls around.

When he’s in the pocket he possess calm feet that seem to explode whenever he feels pressure, and he’s not afraid to lower his shoulder to get the extra tough yards. With his quick release, he’s able to stay calm and get rid of the ball before the pressure can get to him. Although he may not have the strongest arm, he makes up for it with his timing; he seems to be on the same page with his receivers at all times. Reyes has clearly been working over the offseason, and has a chance to really make a name for himself at ALA Queen Creek this year.
