Uses his hands effectively to latch on and sustain blocks throughout the play. Shows the ability to work to the second level, beating defenders to the spot and opening running lanes. Earned 6A All-Conference Honorable Mention and climbed 45 spots to #114 overall in the latest rankings. Still uncommitted he holds five collegiate offers to date.

Jensen plays a lot bigger than his 6’1” 260 lb. frame. He combines his technique, athleticism, and power to be highly effective playing multiple positions on the interior line. He’s a natural bender with good all around quickness to get to the spot. His initial quickness and speed out of his stance allows him get early positional leverage and shows he can adjust his angles/approach based on defenders movement. Low center of gravity and good leverage gives him the ability to overpower opponents and win at the contact point. Mirrors movement well with good lateral agility and recovery speed to stay in front and sustain. One to watch going into his senior year.

With quick and agile feet, he’s not your average lineman with slow and heavy feet. Instead, he uses his quickness to his advantage and is often able to show defenders how powerful he is, before they’re anywhere near ready for it; and he certainly possesses plenty of power. With a smaller frame at 6’0″ 260 lbs, Jensen has sheer strength that can be overpowering for his opponents. Not having the longest reach, his quickness comes into play again as he’s able to close gaps and get engaged with defenders in a flash. Jensen is a player coaches should have a close eye on as he continues to grow both physically and mentally through this upcoming season.
