One of the top 2028 quarterbacks across the state, Maxwell shined all season long as a sophomore for a strong Houston County team. He was extremely productive and showed a big arm, throwing for 2,626 yards and 27 touchdowns. The multi-sport standout was named a 1st-team All-Region selection and showed easy D1 potential. As good as he already is, his best football is still way ahead of him. He’s quickly becoming one of the top overall quarterbacks in Middle Georgia and should absolutely see some offers come his way this winter. He’s currently ranked as the No. 5 QB prospect in the state for the 2028 class.
