Karby looks bigger than when I last saw him during the season and was causing matchup problems during the one-on-one period with his size. He has good start/stop as a route runner and some wiggle to get open. Karby is physical on 50/50 balls and won a lot of his one-on-one reps.

Karby is one of the top hybrid players in the state, and can play receiver or tight end in college as he grows into his frame and is a veery intriguing plus athlete. He is coming off a stellar season for Mission Viejo where he posted 700 receiving yards and showed a good combination of blocking and receiving abilities while moving extremely well and fluid for his size. Just getting offered by UC Davis, he would be a no-brainer FCS big time steal and is a key name to watch as he closes in on committing.

Karby is a lengthy sophomore with a frame that can add some muscle.
He had a 20-yard touchdown reception in Mission Viejo’s week zero win in Hawaii. Karby knows how to high-point the ball and has good body control.
