Sharp is coming off a freshman season where he had good production at the varsity level, showed quick processing and good athleticism in and out of the pocket and could delver the ball downfield consistently. He is a high IQ passer that processes quickly, feels pressure in the pocket and can throw on the run while not afraid to take a shot to deliver the ball downfield while also showing he can zip it from various arm angles and can take off and run when needed. Making the transfer over to the Diablos this off-season, Sharp will be a key signal caller in this class to keep a eye on and should be battling for the job over the next few years.

Beckham Sharp is a dual threat quarterback with a sling. He has a track background that highlights his runs when stealing first downs or breaking free from the pocket using his legs. He has a nice release and touch to his ball. Outside receivers can work DBs at the L.O.S. since Sharp has the ability to drop dimes once they get separation. He’s a leader and a strong competitor poised for action at the next level.
