Maxwell checks into our rankings as a top 20 player at his position in the loaded 2029 class and is coming off a very nice freshman season in 2025. He is a downhill player that likes to get in the mix agains the run, tackles well in the open field and is a very smart player that is always around the ball and has cover abilities downfield as well and natural ball skills when breaking up passes underneath. He has a strong built frame, can play any position in the secondary and it will be fun to watch how he continues to grow and develop and where colleges see him fitting at the next level.
