Sierra Canyon receiver Kwazi Gilmer Kwazi Gilmer Kwazi Gilmer 6'2" | 180 lbs | WR Sierra Canyon School | 2024 State CA announced his commitment to UCLA last Friday.

He caught 29 passes for 600 yards with eight touchdowns for Chaminade last season.

Gilmer is an explosive athlete who has some burst and can beat guys in man coverage. He has good body control and an athletic frame.

He chose UCLA over 16 other schools that offered him. He visited Michigan State, Stanford and Washington in addition to UCLA.

Gilmer is the fifth player from California in UCLA’s 2024 recruiting class and the second receiver joining Rob Booker of Wisconsin.

Gilmer had an excellent junior season at Chaminade last season. He easily could have been the wide receiver MVP at the Under Armour Next All-American Camp.

He is up to 18 offers now.
