About Kenny
Expert Analysis
Pat Weider | Prep Redzone Scout
Kenny Wolseley is one smooth player for Imhotep. He has elite skills as cornerback. He does a nice job playing the man and the ball when it is in the air without getting a defensive pass interference. He has good ball skills as well and does a nice job of getting his hands on the ball. Wolseley is committed to Penn State, they are getting an elite cornerback.

is building a resume worthy of overtaking Agard for the state’s top DB spot. What’s changed, you might ask? Nothing outside of me talking to coaching staffs in the know, who have given their opinion on the matter as to which DB they prefer. These conversations have slightly skewed my look on the two, with Woseley Jr.s closing the gap to as tight as it has ever been. Woseley, who is back inside the top ten, is peaking at the right time. I’ll be at many Imhotep games this coming Fall, so I’ll have a great look at whether or not Woseley or Agard will claim the top spot, the final case being made by the two.

claimed the first seat in the 2024 defensive back room at Happy Valley. Since the Imhotep stars announcement and commitment back in March, the Nittany Lions have since received verbals from three other DBs, bolstering the DB class in a matter of months. Teammates at Mandarin HS in Jacksonville, Florida, both Antoine Belgrave-Shorter and Jon Mitchell joined up with Woseley to lift the corner total to three. Dejuan Lane, a fantastic safety prospect out of Maryland has also joined the group that will develop under Coach Terry Smith.

There is no one representative for Imhotep Charter when you consider how loaded their roster is. I chose to go with the future duo that will eventually take over the reins, that being Kenny Woseley and

. I’m all too familiar with each of these prospect’s games, so much so that it’s hard for me to be surprised by pretty much everything they put out. They’re both elite prospects at their positions and have played like such this year. Imhotep hasn’t played 8 or nine games yet, still, I’ve come away impressed with the growth of both of these kids. They worked in the off-season, not for Twitter or for likes, they worked to get this team in position to win a 5A title. They are well on their way.

Kenny Woseley had a quiet game, mostly because his area of the field wasn’t targeted too often. Woseley did his usual job of locking up his matchup and closing off any possible throwing lanes his way.
