Imhotep has always been able to find, and more importantly, develop talent when it comes to edge play. Alexander is one of those “ones” and is not next up; he’s already up. He was one of the top defensive lineman that I saw all weekend and already physically looks the part. Alexander truly sets the edge and can either beat you with power or speed coming off of it. He was in on several tackles, registered a couple of sacks, and didn’t allow much to get past him at all. Alexander is a serious threat for that No. 1 ranking.

is an explosive edge defender. He has great size (6’4″) and athleticism. He can make plays all over the field. I expect him to be a breakout star for Imhotep this season. If Imhotep is going to make a run at another state title, they need Alexander to be dominant. He has the skills to make it happen.

is a physically imposing edge prospect with the size, length, and athletic upside that immediately translates to the next level. At 6’4”, 240 pounds, he has the frame to develop into a dominant defensive end while also possessing the mobility to play outside linebacker. On film, Alexander shows the ability to set the edge effectively, using his length and strength to control blockers and disrupt run plays. His first-step quickness allows him to gain leverage early, putting offensive linemen on their heels. He flashes natural pass-rushing ability, showing the potential to develop a more complete arsenal of moves as he gains experience. In space, Alexander moves well for his size, giving him the versatility to drop into coverage or pursue plays sideline to sideline. His physicality and motor stand out, as he consistently plays with effort and looks to finish plays. As he continues to refine his technique and football IQ, Alexander projects as a high-upside hybrid defender who can thrive in multiple defensive schemes at the collegiate level.
