Another ranking update and Jenks standout Kailib Dillard Kailib Dillard 6'1" | 170 lbs | ATH Jenks | 2027 State OK continues to have a stranglehold on the top spot at the ATH position. Dillard first emerged as a defensive back and he is still a very talented safety. This season, he’s been a big part of their secondary but when you talk about Dillard and his 2025 football season, it’s hard to ignore what he’s done on offense. Dillard emerged this fall as the top target in the Jenks passing game. And in all honesty he’s been one of the top receivers in Class 6A-1 and in the 2027 class. Dillard has been recruited by major programs all over the country so he’s going to have his pick of schools. He might have his pick of positions as well.

Junior Kailib Dillard Kailib Dillard 6'1" | 170 lbs | ATH Jenks | 2027 State OK would earn All State Honorable Mention honors last season for his work on the defensive side of the ball. But in addition to being a standout safety, Dillard also has the potential to be one of the top weapons in the passing game. Similar to Daniel, we got a chance to see Dillard quite a bit this offseason and every time we did, he was lighting up opposing secondaries at the wide receiver position. Last year, Dillard finished with 70 tackles and multiple plays from the secondary. This season, we expect his defensive production to go up but his offensive production is going to go through the roof. He might end up being the top downfield threat in the passing game.

Jenks standout Kailib Dillard Kailib Dillard 6'1" | 170 lbs | ATH Jenks | 2027 State OK is a prospect that continues to get more and more intriguing for us. Dillard has been listed as a DB on our site for the last two years but that changes now with this latest update. Dillard is still one of the top defensive backs in Oklahoma but we’re very intrigued about how Jenks will be utilizing him on the offensive side of the ball. He had a very busy offseason at various 7v7 tournaments and then in spring ball. He really impressed us with his playmaking ability at the wide receiver position. Dillard is going to give the Trojans a reliable deep ball threat on offense while also maintaining his ability to change the game defensively in the secondary. That versatility is a big reason why he’s taken over the top spot at the athlete position.

With Stanford at one safety and Kailib Dillard Kailib Dillard 6'1" | 170 lbs | ATH Jenks | 2027 State OK at the other safety position, the Jenks secondary might be as close to a “no fly zone” as you’ll see in high school football this fall. Dillard emerged as a prospect to know during his freshman season at Lincoln Christian. He immediately caught our attention with his ability as a ball hawk. Last offseason, he moved over to Jenks and immediately became a name to know on the Jenks defense. But here’s the thing with Dillard, he’s a terrific athlete and he has the DNA to end up at the next level. So don’t be surprised to see him moved around, similar to Stanford within the Jenks defense and even some on offense. Dillard’s recruitment has really taken off and shows no signs of slowing down.

Another defensive back to keep an eye out for is Jenks standout Kailib Dillard Kailib Dillard 6'1" | 170 lbs | ATH Jenks | 2027 State OK and he’s the second of three Jenks Trojans within the top ten on this update. Dillard had an excellent freshman season at Lincoln Christian and he carried that momentum into the offseason, where he dominated on the 7v7 circuit and with his team in the spring and summer. Dillard has seen his recruitment take off and he’s going to be a name that you need to know about moving forward. Dillard is a playmaker within the Jenks secondary and the duo of Dillard and Stanford is going to make the Jenks secondary a fun unit to watch over the next few years. We’ve been high on Dillard (and really the Dillard brothers) since watching them a handful of times last year. He’s another prospect with a high ceiling.

There’s no other way to describe it, Jenks is absolutely loaded on the defensive side of the ball with talent in the secondary. In addition to Stanford returning, they also added Kailib Dillard Kailib Dillard 6'1" | 170 lbs | ATH Jenks | 2027 State OK into their secondary after he became a breakout star during his freshman season at Lincoln Christian. Dillard is a really good looking athlete and was able to perform at a very high level last season. Like several other prospects on this breakdown, he also enjoyed a very successful offseason and when we caught him in person with the Trojans at team camp, he performed really well. Whether he’s at safety or moving around, Dillard is a playmaker.
