Though a receiver, I see him more as an inside threat at slot, or even doing some wing/hybrid back type plays. When Max decides to put his foot in the ground, he’s gone. He also runs smooth routes and not afraid to run across the field to get open. Watching him get off the ball and position himself for his QB to thrown him open is a skill that cannot be overlooked. Speed kills and it’s not easy trying to keep up with Mr. Stone.
