Williams was long committed to San Diego State but recently flipped to Boise State on November 13.

He gained a lot of size and is one of the most gifted pass rushers in the class so it was unsurprising to see him flip from San Diego State.

Williams had 98 tackles, 40.5 for a loss, 23 sacks with an interception and a forced fumble for the Diablos this season.

Williams led the State last season with 18.5 sacks.

He plays on the edge but has the body to play anywhere on the defensive line, Williams beats tackles off the ball with his first step and does a good job using his inside arm to keep extension on the offensive lineman.

His motor stands out and there are plays where you think he is out of the play, but he comes back in and makes the tackle.

Williams has offers from Sacramento State, San Diego State and Boise State.

He has a couple of offers including San Diego State, which might make him over-qualified for the All Star game, but he is under-recruited in my opinion.

Williams is one of the best pass rushers in the Southern Section and he showed that against Granite Hills.

He had a sack with a forced fumble on top of tallying 10 tackles. Williams was matched up with a bigger right tackle and was able to blow past him and even occasionally match physicality with him.
