Expert Analysis
Connor Jackson | Prep Redzone Scout
Hall transferred to Gainesville prior to his senior season and made the full-time switch to RB. He did not disappoint and was one of the most prolific rushers in 6A. He is listed at 5’9 185. He possesses a stout, muscular frame and runs exceptionally hard. When all those things add together, you end up with excellent contact balance and someone who isn’t afraid to drop their shoulder. He is more of a vertical runner who can put his foot in the ground and explode up the middle for 10 yards and a cloud of dust. However, he is more than capable of bouncing the ball outside and running to the far side of the field to escape defenders.

Hall caught my attention towards the end of last season, as I was very impressed with his playmaking ability at the QB spot. Now, he looks even better and is one of the more intriguing prospects in the state. Through 5 games, Hall has already surpassed 1000 rushing yards and has rushed for 300 or more yards in two games thus far. Also, he has come along as a passer in the last few weeks and is approaching 1000 yards through the air too. I have watched a lot of film, and it is hard for me to find a more dynamic playmaker than Hall. He is an incredibly explosive athlete that is practically impossible to bring down. He has a wide arsenal of spin moves, juke moves, and overall freakish features. Not to mention that he has elite-level speed. He reminds me a little of Bo Nix, but I believe Hall might be more athletic than Nix was at this point in his high school career. He shows some creativity and arm strength, but I do believe that Hall has the ability to play multiple positions at the next level. If you don’t believe me, turn on the tape.
